Super schönes und süßes Zimmer. Man hat in der Nacht 2-3 mal einen Zug hupen hören, aber nicht wirklich dramatisch. Beim Frühstück waren die Brötchen leider fast leer und die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, den konnte man sich aber bei der Rezeption machen lassen, da die dort eine Maschine haben. Die Dame hinterm Tresen beim Einchecken konnte so gut wie kein Deutsch. Wir können Englisch aber viele bestimmt nicht. Wenn ich mir ein Hotel in DE buche, hätte ich gerne eine deutschsprachige Person als Ansprechpartner für alle Fälle. Aber 100€ für 2 Personen mit Frühstück und Parkplatz (10€) sehr gut. Gerne wieder

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed
This is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors.
The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊
No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.

SSummer-coolWarm service, great breakfast, although far from the city, there are 2 big supermarkets opposite the hotel, convenient shopping. The accommodation is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned door key, but the sense of security is still enough.
DDiver MikelThe hotel is near to the Airport BER in a region with several hotels and B+B almost on the meadows. Despite this they still charge you for about 30 Euros parking fee per night. The room is clean but tiny and very basic amenities. There is no bottled water or water kettle or tea and coffee at your room. The breakfast is ok but kind of in the lobby. So for this price which insn‘t cheap you can only expect very basic things. The airport transfer by bus costs 3.5 euros and takes about 7 min bus ride. It leaves every half hour in front of the hotel.

The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport.
A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock.
This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are quite simple, and parking is in the hotel's underground parking lot, which is convenient for access. The breakfast is good. The hotel is near the train station, and the surrounding environment is good. You can walk to the old city center for shopping and eating. A recommended hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel was comfortable, clean and a welcoming atmosphere from arrival. The room I stayed in was perfect for what I needed, it was quiet, the bathroom was clean and a reasonable size, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast suited me fine, it was a good continental spread, no cooked food but I didn't want that anyway. The staff on reception had limited English, but ingeniously used a translation app on their phone so we could communicate when I needed to order a taxi. I would certainly stay again.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, we have to say that the room was neat and clean. The breakfast was also fine and the location was great.
However:
We booked a suite with a city view for 4 days. We got a smaller (mini) suite facing the inner courtyard, which we hadn't realized until then because we were given a ”suite” when we checked in. It was only after three days that we realized that we hadn't actually gotten the room we had booked - unfortunately too late. In addition, although we had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and microwave, there were no plates or glasses, which we had to ask about at reception.
The hotel says that it doesn't clean the room until after the second night. This wasn't a problem for us and so we prepared the room accordingly after the second night so that the cleaning staff could work without interruption. In the evening we realized that no one was there. The reception was so full that we couldn't let anyone know. We also assumed that someone would come on the third day at least. The next morning we put up a sign on the door asking for cleaning. In short, no one came again. When we finally went to reception, we were told that this was an external service provider who had carried out the cleaning according to the documents, which of course was not the case! Other guests had also complained about this. Since we had already paid and therefore could not get a refund, we were treated to a drink at the bar and a chocolate bar for breakfast. So our ”suite” was not cleaned once in 4 nights, let alone the trash can emptied.
The highlight was when checking out, when I was suddenly asked to pay a bill. After I told them that I had already done this in advance, the receptionist said that this was just a blocking of the amount but that I still had to pay the regular amount. What surprised me most was that the amount did not match my booking at all. When I pointed out again that I had already paid, the receptionist said he had confused me with another guest and that I could leave...
