Em primeiro lugar, esta é uma loja recém-inaugurada. Há uma loja deliciosa no andar de baixo, é super popular e você tem que fazer fila para entrar. Recomendo fortemente toda a comida do Mango e há vários restaurantes populares nas proximidades.
Em segundo lugar, assim que entrei no quarto, notei um forte cheiro de decoração. A cama estava enrugada e havia fiapos nela.
As gavetas do banheiro não estão limpas. Você precisa trazer seus próprios lençóis descartáveis, colchas e tapetes de banheiro. Se possível, você pode trazer sua própria escova de dentes, pasta de dentes e copo de água descartável.
No final, a atitude do serviço foi muito boa e muito entusiasmada (porque o Venetian que reservamos não estava disponível com um dia de antecedência, escolhemos este restaurante recém-inaugurado e fomos para o restaurante no andar de baixo)

No geral, nós realmente gostamos da nossa experiência aqui! As instalações eram ótimas - nós realmente aproveitamos o bebedouro gratuito no lobby. Realmente gostamos que eles forneceram café e maçãs nos quartos também, além de todos os travesseiros e cobertores! O serviço também é fantástico - Erica e KaYee foram muito legais e prestativos, seja para adicionar uma cama extra ou onde conseguir comida boa e barata nas proximidades. A arte também é muito legal - está em todo lugar - e eles até têm códigos QR para você escanear se estiver mais interessado no trabalho e no artista. 10/10 recomendaria ficar. Voltaremos se formos a Macau novamente. Saúde!

Adorei tudo neste hotel. A localização é ótima para passear pelos pontos turísticos e fica perto da Praça do Senado. A recepção do hotel é boa, o check-in foi tranquilo e os funcionários foram prestativos, inclusive chamaram um táxi para nós.

This hotel is extremely stingy about giving extra towel and water. All needs to be charge. Even ask changing the bed sheet myself. Old hotel that smell rotten sweat on the pillow and moist on the floor.

O quarto estava muito limpo Depois de ficar por dois dias, as escovas de dentes e outros suprimentos foram prontamente limpos e substituídos todos os dias.
O café da manhã também pode ser refrescante, o mingau de porco desfiado com milho é muito gostoso, recomendado
Transporte conveniente, há um ponto de ônibus em frente
A localização é muito boa, muito perto do Grand Lisboa e não muito longe de atrações turísticas como as Ruínas de São Paulo. Está convenientemente localizado perto da movimentada área urbana.
A equipe da recepção fala mandarim e é muito simpática.

Localização: No centro da Península de Macau, existem todos os tipos de comércio nas proximidades, e também fica perto de zonas turísticas populares😀
Atitude do pessoal: Agradeço muito ao pessoal por responder ao pedido online e providenciar uma suíte estilo europeu localizada no andar superior🙏🏻 O departamento de limpeza ligará pela manhã para perguntar se é necessário retirar o lixo e forneça outros suprimentos👍🏻
Quarto: A decoração é muito original😍
Ambiente: Devido à história do hotel e à área relativamente pequena, alguns quartos em cada andar estão muito perto do elevador. Também não há sala de fitness.
Preço: Seria melhor se conseguíssemos algum desconto🤑

The hotel is conveniently located near the Border Gate, making it easy to take the free shuttle to various casinos. The hotel's environment, hygiene, facilities, and service attitude are all quite good, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Macau.

Eu sei que está tarde para escrever um comentário. Fizemos o check-in em 20 de maio e o check-out em 23 de maio, nosso número de quarto é 1114
e 1115, mas notei que minha filha e meu sobrinho têm picadas nas pernas e braços, que não sabemos de onde veio, então deixamos para lá, mas de repente as picadas se tornam mais e piores, suspeito que haja percevejos no quarto em que ficamos. Nossas férias felizes se tornaram tristes

GGuest UserThe facilities are complete, it's clean and hygienic, and the environment is decent. Check-in was quick. It's very convenient to find food downstairs. I heard AI say that you can walk to MGM Cotai and Wynn Palace via the skybridge in just fifteen minutes, but when I reached the end of the skybridge, it was a metro station and I didn't know how to proceed. After getting off the bridge, I navigated myself to Galaxy. I suggest the hotel creates a recommended walking route map to nearby casinos, which would likely be more convenient for guests.

Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage.
## Surroundings:
To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets.
## Facilities:
The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped.
## Hygiene:
The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system.
## Environment:
The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided.
## Service:
The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted.

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Macau, I stay here. The room is clean, the surroundings are quiet, and it's right near the Ruins of St. Paul's. It's very convenient to take the bus to all the attractions, and the service is also very thoughtful (Yoyo, Selene). I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Macau; it's great value for money.

The front desk staff, seeing I was traveling alone, kindly upgraded me from a twin room to a king room, and it even had a mountain view.
However, they still charged a 500 deposit. The staff said they charge it regardless of how many times you've stayed here. 😀

XXianrennanbowanThe hotel's location is superb, offering excellent transport links with shuttle buses available in all directions. It's just a stone's throw from the Ruins of St. Paul's and right in front of Yaohan Department Store. Famous entertainment complexes like Grand Lisboa, Wynn, and MGM are easily reachable within 10 minutes. For trips to Taipa's Parisian Macao, Venetian Macao, Rua do Cunha, or Hac Sa Beach, bus number 25 will get you there for just six MOP.
The guest rooms boast an elegant and opulent European style. Although the hotel is older, the facilities are well-maintained and fully functional. While not overly spacious, the rooms are thoughtfully designed and comfortable, maintaining a respectable standard. The linens are like new, reflecting the hotel's high management standards, which truly deserves praise.
The cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is quite satisfactory, especially their excellent luggage storage service. What's particularly impressive is the complete absence of noise despite being in such a bustling area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep – truly satisfying! The value for money is outstanding!
Around the hotel, the nearby streets and alleys offer a wide array of dining options, with various Chinese and Western restaurants to choose from. A dim sum restaurant is right around the corner, so you can fill up on breakfast before heading out to explore.
Due to other commitments, I only stayed for one night in a rush. This will definitely be my go-to hotel on my next visit!

11032768067True to the Holiday Inn standard! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly thorough and thoughtful during check-in. The room was spacious and bright, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases laid open without any issue. The bedding was top-notch, and the bathroom was spotless with no hidden corners. Our room rate included breakfast, and the restaurant was well-managed with staff seating guests, offering a rich, tasty, and distinctive breakfast spread. But what truly stood out was the hotel's direct check-in and baggage drop-off service for Qantas guests – a huge thank you for that!

SSky KTDownsides: The biggest drawback is that check-in isn't allowed until after 3:00 PM. The front desk staff also came across as quite cold.
Upsides: The room was clean and spacious, with a modern design! Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants around the hotel, and a bus stop is less than 100 meters away. A taxi from the hotel to Macau Airport only cost MOP 58.

DDasugegeHotel Location: The hotel is situated halfway up a hill, very close to Hotel Royal. I originally intended to book Hotel Royal, but decided on Hotel Guia instead because it offers a shuttle bus service to the border gate. It turned out to be a great location. Heading up the hill from the hotel entrance takes you to Guia Lighthouse and Guia Hill Park, perfect for active travelers. Walking down the hill, you're very close to the 'King of Gambling's' photo spot, and there's a 7-Eleven and small supermarket nearby, along with a variety of restaurants. Further down the stairs is Tap Seac Square, and it's also a short walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. This location was incredibly convenient for my work.
Hotel Facilities: The hotel has a charming, old-world feel, like something from the last century, with a rustic, aged character. The showerhead is a fixed,莲蓬-style spray, and there's a bathtub and wooden sliding doors. Overall, it's clean and tidy, with a mini-fridge to chill drinks. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and there's enough space by the window to fully open a large suitcase. There's a lovely little rooftop terrace with cute decor; sitting up there for a drink and a breeze in the evening would be very pleasant.
Hotel Restaurant: There's a very popular restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. It seems to attract not only hotel guests but also many outside diners.
Hotel Service: All the staff I encountered were excellent and professional, never showing any negative emotions. The hotel shuttle driver was also very helpful, reminding me to use the pedestrian walkway ahead to avoid a fine. Many thanks to them. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
