WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

Nossa experiência no hotel foi muito boa. No início, fomos recebidos por um porteiro muito simpático e prestativo. A equipe da recepção também foi prestativa e profissional. O quarto era confortável e amplo. Academia e sauna, piscina, muito agradáveis. A única observação é: para avaliar o equipamento, quero dizer o dispensador de água quebrado na sauna, etc. E também a sauna às 8h30 não estava aquecida.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near a subway station, offering easy access from the airport. The swimming pool is well-maintained and a great feature for relaxation.

O hotel está perto do aeroporto de Chopin, apenas tomou qualquer táxi, custa £6 para lá ... Bom descanso no voo de trânsito, Como o restaurante serve comida até às 11h00, o pequeno-almoço é excelente, com sumo de carote fresco, etc ... muito confortável e bonito. As instalações são amigáveis à família, com uma área de crianças com x caixa para jogar, o meu filho está ansioso para jogar, mas termina dentro de 1 hora, porque os jogos não se divertem para ele ... Ha.. ha ... Mas eu e o marido podem ter um pequeno-almoço repouso.. Melhor para reservar o pequeno-almoço com pacote mais barato .... A transferência de aeroporto livre é gratuita para reserva 6am-10am, o MEU voo de pm não beneficia, é bom ir para a Cidade antiga, MAS minha jetlag me deixou fora, só consegue ir a um supermercado local (Carrefour) com Uber no domingo, não muitos supermercados) lojas abertas ... A sala é muito confortável ... O WC não tem instalações de lavagem de mãos, mas as casas de banho separadas têm .... A troca será boa por uma razão prática .... É um BOM hotel para o voo de trânsito com tudo o que você precisa no edifício ... Especialmente para UMA família.

A localização é muito boa, em frente ao aeroporto, muito conveniente, adequada para transferências e não quer ir para a cidade. O pequeno-almoço no hotel é bom, bastante rico, e o serviço é muito amigável. O horário de funcionamento também é muito cedo, para que possa tomar o pequeno-almoço mesmo que tenha um voo cedo.

Very nice new and clean hotel, not far from the airport nor the city center. Reception girls could speak English and always smiled. Were very helpful with each request that I had. The restaurant downstairs is also good. Will definitely be back again! 🌷🌷🌷🌷 The only thing that I'd like them to get improved is the size of their dishes in restaurant. They are too tiny, so you cant get full even if you order 2. Otherwise the food is very tasty! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tudo ótimo. O quarto é limpo - limpeza todos os dias. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o secador profissional. Café da manhã: enorme seleção, você quer experimentar de tudo. Delicioso. Um bom complexo de banho, só preciso de instruções de como chegar 😆. A equipe é simpática. Por esse preço, o hotel é apenas um presente

Great room. Excellent location and staff were friendly and helpful. We used Ubers to taxi us about and saved a load of money. Hotel taxi to the airport was 400 and an Uber was 100.
