The hotel absolutely deserves its 5 stars. The rooms are extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated and offer everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the furnishings - from the comfortable beds to the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom.
The location of the hotel is very central, which is ideal for exploring the city. Many attractions, restaurants and cafes are within a few minutes' walk. Due to the central location, there is of course some street noise, but this is not unusual for a hotel right in the heart of the city. For me, the perfect location more than made up for the occasional background noise.
The service at the Sheraton was first class. The staff was always friendly, helpful and professional. I was well looked after from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was also excellent - a wide selection of fresh and high-quality food that leaves nothing to be desired.
All in all, I can recommend the Sheraton Hotel in Poznan to anyone looking for luxurious accommodation in a central location. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Poznan!
