Por sorte, este hotel com onsen tem um Family Mart bem ao lado. Tudo lá é limpo. O onsen no 6º andar também é muito limpo, adorei. A melhor parte foi levar minha família ao complexo aquático Yunessun, que fica bem em frente. A entrada é gratuita se você pegar os ingressos na recepção do hotel.

Omg, I stopped at first cabin hotels and other of this type, but I never think that this type of hotels could be so convenient! I totally fall in love with this hotel! Despite the fact that you're taking just a bad, you are getting a privet room with table and space for your baggage (another person has his/her own entry and room). There is a free breakfast, but not only this! In shared space you will find free coffee from coffee machine, in the late evening you can take a noodle for free. I shared space in your floor is massage chair, available for free, water and yogurt. They have spa and privet bath too! Bathroom has everything you could need, even lotion and hair comb. Staff are friendly, room is cozy, and a lot of free adds, what else needs for the tourist? Location is greate, you can go to Kamakura, Disneyland, Tokyo... Anywhere, but it less crowded compared with Tokyo. I definitely would back in next trip! 10/10!!!!

Quarto deslumbrante - limpo e espaçoso, com vistas incríveis. A varanda e o banheiro em particular eram fantásticos. Eu talvez aumentaria um tamanho para nossa família (crianças de 13 e 10 anos), já que o gêmeo de luxo tem apenas duas camas semi-duplas, etc., mas no geral, uma ótima experiência e adoraria ficar novamente.

Adorei este lugar! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e o onsen é limpo e bem conservado. Há 3 piscinas externas e 2 internas, além de sauna a vapor e sauna seca, o que proporciona uma experiência relaxante. O local está aberto tanto para passeios de um dia quanto para pernoites, mas passar a noite é muito melhor para uma experiência mais tranquila e relaxante. Há uma cadeira de massagem disponível, mas é necessário pagar. O café da manhã também é delicioso e definitivamente vale a pena. O único ponto negativo é a localização — não é muito conveniente e exige um pouco de caminhada. Se você estiver viajando com pouca bagagem, é administrável. Eles oferecem um serviço de ônibus pago, mas os horários não são ideais. Caminhar pode ser agradável se o tempo estiver bom, ou você pode optar por um táxi. No geral, com certeza reservarei este lugar novamente pela atmosfera relaxante!

Excellent luxury hotel strategically located in Yokohama. Beautiful rooms overlooking the bay and amusement park. Rooms are renovated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking at the mall zone A is closest to the hotel and overnight parking is 2100 Yen pay at front desk for exit ticket.

We had so much fun!!! It is not far from Fujisawa Station and there are many convenient stores, restaurants, karaoke, KFC, McDonald's, Donki and etc.

Não oferece uma boa relação custo-benefício, especialmente para quem viaja sozinho ou sem crianças. É um lugar voltado para famílias, com crianças gritando tarde da noite, o que é muito audível dentro dos quartos. Os onsens privativos com banheira de hidromassagem são mais ou menos. Os quartos não têm NENHUM abajur ou luzinha - para relaxar à noite ou ir ao banheiro, você precisa acender as luzes grandes, fortes e sem regulagem de intensidade. Além disso, é um complexo enorme com apenas uma entrada - você precisa subir e descer vários lances de escada só para chegar ao seu quarto (ou ao restaurante, etc.). É muito confuso. O café da manhã é razoável, mas termina muito cedo (última entrada às 8h30).

The entrance is right in front of Gora Station, so transportation wouldn't be an issue. Plenty of shops and places to eat around the station, but they close pretty early. The front desk staff can speak English and explained everything clearly, from the type of onsen, the bathing hours, meals, and how to get to our rooms (it was in a separate building). The onsen are great, the outdoor private bathtub is great, but the water cools off pretty quickly in winter. The room is very spacious and they also provide an extra futon. I could do a bit of work comfortably in the rooms while resting. They have a bunch of amenities at the lobby, you could make tea, coffee, get some ice cream and bring them to your rooms. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious. You need reservations for meals since the seats are limited.

The location is very convenient, near the JR station. The onsen is clean but it is very small. The staff are helpful and help us a lot about our lost item. Free drink provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A localização geral é boa. Perto da estação Kannai.  O campo de beisebol fica próximo. Há também uma loja de conveniência de fast food nas proximidades. Muito conveniente. O quarto é limpo, mas a área é muito pequena. O local onde a bagagem é colocada exige que a cama seja movida alguns passos antes de ser colocada. O buffet de café da manhã era bom, com muitas opções.
