"Останавливались в начале января, отель понравился. Номер с теплым полом в ванной комнате, работает отопление - ночью спали с открытым окном, нам было даже жарко. Посторонних запахов в номере нет. Завтраки отличные, каждый найдет что ему нравится, есть терраса, предположу что в теплое время года там тоже можно позавтракать. Отдельно отмечу сотрудников отеля - очень добродушные, готовы помочь в любой момент."

"We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable."

"Amazing 10 out 10! Perfect location, everything is walkable. The room was practically brand new, super comfortable bed, sparkling bathroom, great shower. Strong air conditioner. Lovely family run business, can't do enough to help you. The mum makes the best breakfast ever. Wide variety with amazing tasting food, best of the trip Don't hesitate, book it."

"Потрясающий отель ! Замечательные хозяева . Угостили чаем / кофе по приезду , огромные ,  чистые номера , с замечательным качественным постельным и белоснежными полотенцами ! Удобное расположение . До рынка и главных достопримечательностей 15 минут пешком . В свободном доступе микроволновка и стиральная машина . В номерах есть ВСЕ для комфортного проживания ! Если буду в Самарканде ещё раз , обязательно остановлюсь там же.  Позже заселились в отель в Бухаре классом выше . И скучали по отелю в Самарканде . Он был простой снаружи ,нет собственной территории  и ресепшен , но номера сделаны для людей. Хозяева добрые , отзывчивые  и гостеприимные. 100 из 10 ! Спасибо , за то , что вы делаете !"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the train station, just a two to three-minute walk away. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, however, was a bit cramped. If you're catching a train the next day and want to make things easy, this is a good option. Breakfast was pretty standard. Now, about the front desk. The woman in the headscarf at the front desk was absolutely terrible. When I checked in, I told her I booked through Ctrip and handed her my passport. She fiddled around for five minutes, looking everywhere but at the right place, then asked if I'd booked through ***********. Eventually, she gave me a room card for 104, but when I went up, the room hadn't even been cleaned. She then said, 'This is how it is,' and gave me another card for 106, which also hadn't been cleaned. It was already 1 PM, so even if the rooms weren't ready, why put me through all that back and forth? Couldn't she have just told me to store my luggage and go grab lunch first? Both room numbers she gave me were uncleaned. I suggested she could perhaps get one cleaned quickly, but she very firmly said, 'No, it must be 2 PM.' Okay, 2 PM is fine, but why didn't she say so earlier? What was the point of making me drag my luggage back and forth? When I returned at 4 PM, I was given yet another room, 206, and was told they had made a mistake with the rooms! Separately, the city tax at this hotel is also very strange. The two previous hotels I stayed at in Samarkand charged 41,200, but this one insisted on charging 62,000. Is the city tax different within the same city? I'd like Ctrip to investigate this and clarify the correct amount. Can't they just be transparent with their pricing?"

"Since the hotel is still under renovation, there's an occasional paint smell during the day. I look forward to coming back once the renovations are complete so I can enjoy the medical service facilities. The musical fountain show at night was absolutely spectacular!"

Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!"

"I want to thank the hotel, its staff, and especially Vigen, for the warm welcome, comfort, and help in organizing our trip. The hotel is beautiful, everything is perfect down to the smallest detail, even the scent in the lobby! ☺️ The rooms are cozy and clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool is excellent. I also want to thank the hotel and Vigen for preserving my Uzbek tomatoes, which I was bringing as a gift for a dear friend. Without your help, they would have simply spoiled. I asked for tape to pack a box and inquired about bags. No problem, they found and provided everything. While still in Russia, I contacted the hotel and asked for help reserving tables at restaurants in Khiva and Samarkand, as I couldn't reach them myself. They did everything. Huge gratitude and a big five stars to you all!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️"

"Excellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff."
