A equipe do hotel foi muito simpática e cooperativa. O hotel é arrumado. Fiquei hospedado com minha esposa por apenas 2 noites e nós dois ficamos satisfeitos. A localização era ótima. A vista da janela do hotel era incrível. A apenas 8-10 minutos a pé da estação de ônibus. A apenas 15-18 minutos a pé da famosa igreja Hallgrimskirkja, Rainbow Street. The location of the hotel is great, right in the city centre. The bed in the room was large 1.3m wide unlike other hotels which are only a metre wide. The service at the front desk was also quite good. The only drawback is that the spa centre closes too early, at 19:30, unlike other hotels that open late.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is fantastic as it offers free parking and close to a famous bakery, Costco and Sky lagoon. The breakfast is a typical Nordic breakfast which is very nice. Staff are warm and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

Хороший отель, полчаса от аэропорта, удобно если вылетаешь утром, достаточно быстро добираться на машине. Просторные номера, с/у . Завтрак вкусный, без изысков. Цена высокая, но в Исландии быстро бронируют отели подешевле, а если едешь и бронируешь, многие отели уже заняты, приходится довольствоваться теми, что остались.

O hotel é grande e tem boas instalações. O quarto parece um pouco antigo, mas ainda está em boas condições. Estive aqui no Natal, então o estacionamento em frente era gratuito. O estacionamento do hotel é um pouco caro.

I missed the welcome of warm cookies in the afternoon. There was nothing. The front desk staff was fine- nothing to write home about. It was nice they held our luggage after checkout for a few hours as we shopped before heading to the airport. Tip to others- P3 parking lot is about 3 blocks away close to the water side- there was always parking there. The location was good. In the middle of the action. We also loved the buffet breakfast. Eggs, salmon, breads, pastries, so many things. Only comment is that the variety was the same for the 3 days there- no changes- so it did get boring after day two. The beds comfy. room is nice. water pressure for showers good. I would stay here again.

Appartamento molto confortevole, arredato bene e completo di ogni accessorio. Parcheggio comodo. Per il centro serve auto.

I loved this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! One of the outstanding features is that they give you a cell phone to use during your stay. The phone already has helpful apps installed for taxis, restaurants, etc. We are from the US so did not have international cell service so having this phone with us was helpful, especially for using maps. Reykjavik is a walkable city, and the hotel is located on the most popular street, so it has easy access to everything. The staff was very helpful and there is also a bar/restaurant onsite with amazing cocktails. There is an included breakfast buffet which featured hot and cold items. We had a room on the 4th floor that included access to large patio. We loved this feature as we could wake up and go outside to check the weather and enjoy the views of the mountains and water in the distance. The hotel was also extremely clean. Another nice touch was that they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary so when we entered our room, we found a bottle of wine, chocolate and romantic decorations!

Hotel is very clean, location is superb, all amenities within short walking distance, free parking for those who drive and for those who dont city tour bus stops in front of the hotel. Spa facilities are lovely. Would recommend booking option with breakfast as food is pricy in Reykjavik. We went in group of 7, 4 rooms. Only downside was that not all the rooms are hot, some are warm and other hot despite radiators being opened on full. Would highly recommend staying there. Clean, modern and perfectly located hotel
