Com um voo por volta das nove da manhã do dia seguinte, decidi ficar diretamente no aeroporto. O hotel fica no Terminal 1 e é preciso pegar um ônibus de translado para o Terminal 2, que passa a cada meia hora. Os quartos externos têm vista para a decolagem e aterrissagem dos aviões no terminal, e o barulho é aceitável. O estilo geral é bem consistente com a rede da marca, a decoração é relativamente nova e parece bem limpo.

The shuttle driver who took us between the airport and hotel was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and right beside Ji Hotel. A nearby convenience store made it easy to grab essentials. The staff were warm and helpful, even offering a morning wake-up call for our airport transfer. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable Family Room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations, making our experience smooth and enjoyable from arrival to departure. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

O MEU amigo e EU reservamos um quarto duplo com dois camas de solteiro, para um preço excelente.Ao chegarmos, nós fomos atualizados para UMA suite com quartos separados e casas de banho separadas, que é tão surpresa e tão bonita. O nosso recepcionista Wuyan foi muito simpático e ofereceu um excelente serviço, respondendo a todas as perguntas e mostrando paciência quando não podíamos falar a língua local.Temos uma visão da piscina e do porto rodeado por montanhas e vegetação tropical. This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

Hotel is great and comfortable. Lobby is tastefully decorated and service staff top notch. Special shout out to Shaw for his excellent customer service, being accommodative of our needs and ever attentive. Rooms were large and sound proofing is excellent. Also a shout out to the service staff, Hardy, for the first night stay. He handled all my parcels swiftly and even helped resolve a delivery which had a little issue. Highly recommended, will return to stay at the intercontinental for sure!

Newly opened hotel, the room is large and the whole house is smart, the new room and supplies are clean, there is a balcony for drying clothes, the hotel has a self-service laundry room, free parking at the door, plenty of parking spaces, buffet breakfast with healthy, clean and delicious. The staff are warm and courteous and good service, it is worth staying.

Gostei da minha estadia no Hotel Bao Hong. A localização é excelente — perto da Praia de Dadonghai e também da pitoresca área de Xiaodonghai. O hotel em si é simples, mas confortável, condizente com o preço de cerca de 230 CNY por noite. A limpeza é aceitável, embora não perfeita. No geral, é um lugar decente e conveniente para famílias e viajantes individuais, desde que as expectativas sejam razoáveis. O quarto que utilizei foi o Business Queen, um quarto muito espaçoso com uma cama king/queen size para dois adultos grandes.

Overall a pleasant stay for us at this local hotel, which was one of the few that’s able to accommodate my wife and I plus our 3 children, in two connecting rooms. We stayed over 5 nights in this property. It served our purpose perfectly for a short stay at a convenient location served directly by a bus service with the airport. We arrived hours ahead due to changes in flight schedule, but the front desk was very generous and checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready, that's great customer service 👍 The rooms were large and well stocked with the necessary essentials including rubber slippers. There were 2 bathrooms+toilets as well as an additional standalone WC ~ more than enough for our use and made the stay even more pleasant. There was a large living room with an adjacent study area equipped with desk, chair and power outlets, that's shielded off the noise from living room - a great addition for those who needed space to get some work done. The hotel is located in a convenient location that's close to local food places and simple shopping. There's a supermarket in a building basement about two blocks away that's well stocked. You can even get a quick haircut for RMB15 in the same basement for those (guys) who don't care much about style 😂 There are LUCK IN coffee, Mixue, KFC, local eateries, street food, and restaurants all within short walk of about 200m. One thing great about this hotel is the bus transport serving Meilan airport that starts and ends at this property, costing just RMB20 per person per direction. Each hotel booking apparently entitled the guest one free ticket! We departed the hotel on this bus which took about 50 mins to reach the airport, as it made a few scheduled stops along the way and was driven at a slow steady bus speed. That perfectly solved the trouble and costs of having to book 2 taxis due to number of people and luggages, right at the hotel door step! One attraction of the hotel was the hot spring available in the bathroom via a large wooden tub, as well as one outside the hotel for guests. I saw some guests using the public pool which would involve walking out of the hotel in bathrobes and slippers onto the driveway and all. We’re not the hot spring type so no comments, but this feature may appeal to others. Some negative points that prevented the property having full 5 stars: - Erratic WiFi connection - the WiFi sometimes would have no Internet connection, randomly, it could be evening or even morning when everyone was sleeping and not many devices connected. As we had two rooms technically so there were two WiFi logins for our use. Sometimes one would work and not the other and at different times. Sometimes the connection would be lost halfway while using. It’s really irritating. We made multiple feedback but nothing had improved. - the property is really aged and a refresh is badly needed. It’s livable and generally clean for sure, but the decor, style and musky smell especially in the hallways, were unmistakable. According to the plague near the main entrance, the property was completed around the 2000s, that’s time for university graduation if this were a person😀
