Já me hospedei em muitos hotéis cinco estrelas, mas minha experiência no Pan Pacific Suzhou Wu Palace Hotel merece uma avaliação especial. Primeiramente, o próprio hotel é como um jardim clássico, com pavilhões, terraços, pontes e água corrente — cada passo revela uma nova paisagem, em perfeita harmonia com o charme ancestral de Suzhou. Olhando do lobby, a combinação de grandiosidade e elegância me fez sentir imediatamente que havia escolhido o lugar certo. Mas o que mais quero elogiar desta vez é a cordialidade das pessoas — o atendimento da Elena na recepção. O check-in foi à noite e eu estava bastante cansado. O sorriso da Elena era genuíno, sem qualquer artificialidade. Depois de concluir o check-in de forma rápida e eficiente, ela percebeu nosso cansaço e, proativamente e com atenção aos detalhes, nos apresentou as instalações especiais do hotel, os horários do café da manhã e os melhores lugares para tirar fotos no jardim. Ainda mais atenciosa, com base nas informações do nosso check-in, ela nos lembrou que o tempo estaria mais frio no dia seguinte e que deveríamos levar um agasalho extra para sair. Essa atenção aos detalhes me fez sentir não apenas hospedado em um hotel, mas sendo recebido calorosamente por um amigo.

Minha estadia no Jinling Hotel superou em muito as minhas expectativas e merece uma avaliação perfeita! A limpeza do hotel era realmente de tirar o fôlego. Da cama ao banheiro, tudo estava impecável, até os cantos estavam impecavelmente arrumados. O ar estava inodoro, com apenas uma sensação leve e fresca, tornando minha estadia incrivelmente reconfortante. A conveniência também foi excelente, com todas as comodidades possíveis no quarto, desde uma chaleira a tomadas, até detalhes atenciosos como post-its e chinelos. Não precisei me preocupar com nada e me senti completamente em casa. O que mais me impressionou foi o serviço — eles foram realmente receptivos. Especialmente o CC, a linha direta VIP, que sempre respondeu prontamente a qualquer solicitação ou consulta de quarto, com uma atitude calorosa e profissional. Do check-in ao check-out, fui meticulosamente atendido. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

O Crowne Plaza Zhongyin é um dos hotéis com a melhor paisagem, serviço, comida e instalações que já me hospedei. A experiência de check-in é bastante satisfatória e me sinto como se estivesse em casa. Sou especialmente grato a Amy' , Elaine, Layla e Alisa pela comunicação e recepção. Muito capazes e gentis, meus pais e familiares me elogiaram. Acontece que era meu aniversário no dia em que fiz o check-in. Eles decoraram cuidadosamente o quarto e prepararam um delicioso chá da tarde e bolo de aniversário 🎂. Eles também fizeram upgrade para um quarto com vista para o lago. Muito obrigado! Da próxima vez que vier a Suzhou, a minha primeira escolha é o Crowne Plaza Zhongyin.Vale a pena ficar novamente.

Yesterday was my 22nd birthday, and my boyfriend made it unforgettable by booking a room at the Shangri-La to celebrate. He even sent a special request to the hotel asking if they could help make me feel extra welcome. On the morning of my birthday, he received a call from the Director of Guest Relations, Angel, who told him they had prepared a gift and asked for my name to personalize the card. The service was incredible from start to finish. We had originally booked a king room, but they kindly upgraded us to a beautiful lake-view room overlooking the Qinhuai River. When we arrived, I was greeted with a lovely cake, a heartfelt card, and a thoughtful gift. I felt truly welcomed and cherished. The attentive service began right at the entrance, where Cynthia Zheng from the valet team welcomed us with warmth and energy. His lively and kind presence set the tone for our entire stay. And when we departed, he was just as helpful and spirited as a wonderful person who added to the experience. Overall, my birthday felt absolutely magical, thanks to the outstanding Guest Relations team at Shangri-La. Thank you for helping create such a special memory.

We had a very pleasant stay, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Everything was perfect. The room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities, fully meeting the high standards expected from an IHG hotel. The terrace offers a stunning panoramic view overlooking the entire city and the subway station is just a few steps away, making transportation extremely convenient. Special thanks to 小谢 for her outstanding assistance throughout our stay, as well as to the gentleman who kindly guided us during breakfast in the executive lounge.

MMARYSaaweetThe room offer nice view of the Chinese Garden courtyard that enhance the experience of living in perhaps ancient China traditional house. The breakfast is average, with something for everyone but nothing to shout about. The housekeeper are very diligent and ensure rooms are spotless tho dated in in room facilities like lacking smart lighting and water tap from the 80s - not so easy to operate. But the whole compound and atmosphere, daily free Taiji, hanfu experience - for one pax, in my opinion makes up for the imperfections

It's located right in the city center, in the Chong'an Temple business district, and just a 3-minute walk to Sanyang Plaza Metro Station, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. I stayed in a room on the 60th floor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the entire city. The scenery was absolutely stunning, especially as the city lights came on in the evening. The room itself was modern and elegant, with soft, comfortable bedding, and a well-equipped bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service was just average, though.

The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

WWeakburstMy overall experience during this stay was just average. The hotel's facilities were decent, but the service had significant shortcomings. During check-in, the front desk staff seemed unprofessional while checking my personal and identity information. They asked too many questions in an abrupt manner, lacking necessary explanations and communication, which made me feel my personal privacy wasn't fully respected. The waiting time was also quite long, as the staff seemed unfamiliar with the system, repeatedly verifying the same information and affecting the efficiency of the check-in process. As a guest, I understand that hotels need to verify identity information according to regulations. However, I hope the staff can receive better training to improve their service attitude and professionalism while ensuring compliance. They should explain the reasons and procedures for identity checks to guests to reduce unnecessary concerns. I hope the hotel addresses this issue and further optimizes the check-in experience.

DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

XXiaohuadidiThe hotel environment is great, and the rooms have just been renovated but there's no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent! I'd especially like to thank Tingting at the front desk, Wang Zhi from housekeeping for the beautiful flowers, Xiaoyun at the kids' club for helping me find my baby's water bottle, and Wu Dan for the generous fruit delivery. Overall, the service was fantastic! [smiley faces] It's also very suitable for children, as they can feed koi, bunnies, black swans, and ducklings. The children's play facilities are also abundant.

LlisaThis hotel, nestled within the Jiangnan Weaving Museum, has a private entrance that leads to a hidden gem. While the bustling Shantang Street is just outside, inside it's a serene Suzhou-style courtyard. You can barely hear the noise from Shantang Street in the guest rooms. However, the rooms face old residential buildings quite closely, so it's essential to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. Breakfast is served in another courtyard, accessible by walking through a silk shop. It's a set menu featuring Suzhou-style noodles with some side dishes and grains. The food was quite good and very light.

GGuest UserBanyan Tree Nanjing: A secluded private hot spring in an abandoned quarry. This hotel, built in a former quarry, perfectly blends industrial aesthetics with natural landscapes. The lobby's design is incredibly striking – every photo looks like it's straight out of a magazine. The biggest highlight of the rooms is the 'private hot spring in every room.' The rooms are very spacious, and the balcony comes with its own private onsen, allowing you to soak while enjoying views of the cliff face. The privacy is excellent, and it's incredibly relaxing. The turndown service even used my favorite citrus scent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast can be enjoyed with a scenic view, and it's very family-friendly, with a dedicated kids' club. In summary: If you're looking for a place to completely unwind and relax in a hot spring, this is definitely the top choice near Nanjing. Aside from being a bit pricey, it's absolutely perfect!
