O quarto era limpo e espaçoso, com um ambiente agradável. Embora ficasse perto da rua, a casa era muito bem isolada acusticamente e as janelas estavam fechadas, o que tornava o lugar bem silencioso. Os funcionários da recepção e do bar foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O único arrependimento foi não haver chaleira elétrica no quarto. Perguntei na recepção se poderia usá-la por alguns dias (ficaria por quatro noites), mas me disseram que não havia chaleira, mas que eu poderia ir ao bar pedir água quente. Desculpem o incômodo, mas só precisaram me passar a chaleira três vezes, uma xícara de cada vez.

But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

This studio was so nice. Simple design and lighting and a phenomenal view from the balcony! The ability to do laundry was exactly what I needed. The host lady was so sweet and offered any assistance she could while I stayed here! I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, amazing rooms, lovely design, very very clean. Good service and good food. Friendly staff. Location is a bit far from Tirana city centre (about 15-20 mins by car) but well worth it.

Já visitei muitos países, e em hotéis de todos os tipos, e em algumas ocasiões tive que pedir “late checkout” ou o que é a mesma “saída tardia” porque meu voo de volta para casa sai muito tarde naquele dia. Neste caso paguei quase 600€ por praticamente 2 noites, foram 3 noites, mas na primeira noite cheguei ao aeroporto às 2 da manhã, ou seja, praticamente 2 noites, quando na Albânia os hotéis são muito baratos, mas Preferi pegar uma rede conhecida por precaução, E QUANDO PEDI UM CHECKOUT TARDIO DE 2 HORAS porque meu vôo saía às 18h50, ME DISSERAM NÃOOOO, quando o hotel foi inaugurado recentemente e estava praticamente vazio! !!!!!!! PARECEU-ME MUITO, MUITO RUIM, TIVE QUE ANDAR POR TIRANA E COMER MUITO TARDE, PARA TER HORÁRIO ATÉ AS 16h, quando saí para o aeroporto. PENSO RECOMENDAR O HOTEL? NÃO!!!!, PENSO EM VOLTAR??? NÃO!!!!, não só por isso, mas por ser longe do centro, o restaurante Terra do hotel é muito caro, e olha, quase nada me surpreende, mas a diferença de preços com o resto da cidade me surpreendeu muito muito. Pedimos umas mini costeletas de porco ibérica e uma costela Angus e 2 águas para comer, e cobraram-nos 135€, quando no restaurante ERA, que fica a 50 metros do hotel, o TripAdvisor recomenda, e custou-nos um risoto requintado, e 2 bifes Angus de 1.200 gramas guarnecidos com cogumelos e legumes, mais pão, mais 2 águas, mais uma Pepsi max, OLHO €53, uma loucura!!!! E tudo foi muito bom, então os preços dos hotéis não se justificam. O hotel é bom? Sim!!!, é confortável??? Sim!!!, é praticamente novo, abriram recentemente, mas isso não dá direito a cobrar 5 vezes mais para comer em suas instalações, fica a 1 km e meio ou mais da Praça Skanderbeg e tudo mais lá é O que visitar na capital da Albânia. Obrigado.

Boa estadia. Fica longe do centro turístico da cidade, mas a vizinhança proporciona uma experiência mais local. Há restaurantes e mercados na área. O hotel parece ser mais adequado para famílias ou pessoas viajando de carro. A disposição do quarto individual é um pouco estranha, pois não consegui acessar o outro canto, mas é espaçoso o suficiente e o banheiro com chuveiro é muito bom e moderno. O café da manhã não é dos melhores, mas tem uma boa variedade. É muito limpo, mas talvez o serviço de limpeza pudesse ser opcional (não me incomoda, mas trocar tudo todos os dias é um pouco desnecessário).

Amazing staff (reception and restaurant), very nice spa, in front of the hotel you have the bus station that takes you to city center, on the other side of the hotel there is the bus station that takes you to Durres city at the beach Big rooms, good hot water pressure The hotel restauranthas amazing food and it's cheap!!!!

Hôtel familial très propre et accueillant arrivé tardivement a 3h00 du matin aucun problème pour l'accueil, juste un peu loin du centre ville de Tirana 30 min en voiture, je recommande fortement.
