Many of the architectural details and antique pieces are imported from France, offering high artistic beauty and collection value. The overall service was exceptional, with parking available and a doorman to greet you. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Around midnight, the WiFi seemed to cut out, but the room's soundproofing was excellent. The price was reasonable and offered great value for money – a wonderful experience. The shower area was fully automated, which the kids found fascinating. There were welcome fruits and afternoon tea, making us feel right at home. You can even order takeout, and a delivery robot brings it directly to your room. It's conveniently located just around the corner from Central Street's Qingzhi Hand Cream shop, which was very handy. When guests leave, there are taxis lined up, so there's no delay in travel time. Getting to the train station and home was easy. It only takes an hour to get to Harbin from our home, so it felt like staying right near our own doorstep. My little one loved the candies and chocolates from Central Street. The hotel front desk even gave my child some Russian candies when we left. In the evening, a staff member offered a special explanation of the antique architecture and art. It's truly a wonderful little escape from busy life, where you can temporarily forget your worries and even enjoy a deep sleep amidst a hectic schedule. I loved the welcome fruits, coffee, and complimentary drinks in the room. My child called it a 'fully automated high-end hotel' and absolutely loved it. The value for money is quite high; I highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and views. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and you could tell the attention to detail in every corner. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the value for money was excellent. During the Spring Festival, I truly felt a home-like warmth here. It's perfect whether you're traveling, staying overnight, or just for a New Year's getaway. The staff were friendly and patient, always ready to help, which made my trip exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; it's the top choice for New Year's travel. I expected it wouldn't be great, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. It's basically hostel standard, maybe even worse. The hotel is really old. I didn't pay attention when booking, but it was built in 2013, so no wonder. All the facilities are dated, the floorboards creak when you walk on them, the toilet paper is very rough and there's so little of it that we had to use our own. It was snowing outside, and as soon as we entered the room before we could even take off our shoes, the floor was covered in black footprints. We hadn't even settled in and I was already cleaning the floor myself. Over a thousand a night for this is absolutely not worth it. The most unbearable thing was the low ceiling height. It felt like the bottom bunk of a bunk bed – so low it was suffocating. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said all rooms were like that. They did bring a humidifier, and it felt slightly better once the temperature dropped a bit. We had booked for four nights, but since the first night was non-refundable, we checked in around 6 PM, immediately started looking for another place to stay, then went out. We came back at 10 PM to sleep and packed up and checked out first thing the next morning. Minimizing our time there made it less unbearable. The only advantage is its location; Central Street is right across the road. Someone helped us with our luggage to the car when we checked out, which I appreciated. The service attitude was quite good, but I still wouldn't recommend it.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

During our stay, a kind housekeeper laundered our clothes and brought them back. Since our train wasn't until the afternoon and my child needed to do homework, they even provided afternoon tea. On top of all this, the hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get to all the attractions. It's highly recommended, especially for families with children.

Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Cloud Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! They offer airport shuttle service, and it's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is super convenient and stress-free. The front desk staff (especially the lady who helped me) was wonderfully helpful and patient, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was clean, hygienic, and served in a great environment with a decent variety of options. It was a really pleasant meal. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
