The hotel is in the park, with convenient parking. There are not many rooms in the whole hotel, which are small but exquisite, very beautiful, and have a sense of history. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast environment is beautiful and exquisite.

Hotel in decoration so the entry, main lobby and breakfast area are small and unwelcoming to say the least... Room is cold even when AC is turned on heat at maximum power, not something I expect when I pay 850euro per night for my stay! Room amenities and upkeep is poor, I stayed in this hotel some years before it was Marriot and every problem they had remained the same - sink overflowing in the bathroom, shower with low water pressure, two towels only in the room - just feels like someone is cheeping on me even tough I pay big price

Always a great hotel, especially the gentlemen who greet us at the entrance and help us with our cars. We've stayed at the hotel many times.

Good location, affordable price, everything is suitable. If you don't go to hotels in other European countries, this is the most cost-effective one. Recommended! Stay at ease!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful, green area, offering a quiet retreat from the city while still being conveniently close to downtown Frankfurt and the airport—just a short drive away. It's a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise, I just have to rave about it after checking out! The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's close to a major transportation hub, which made it super convenient whether I was traveling for business with a packed schedule or exploring tourist spots. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so all my daily needs were easily met.

The pool and sauna are not run by the hotel. Several other parties have also told me they experienced the same rudeness as myself. The pool and sauna + gym are overrun with angry patrons (it is a paid health club shared with the hotel), all of whom despise hotel guests sharing their facilities. It is NOT a family friendly amenity at all. The staff (swimming instructor) yelled at my toddler for using equipment adjacent the pool. There were no signs indicating this was not to be used by hotel guests. When confronted, the man was extremely rude and obnoxious, stating the floaties were his and not for public or hotel use. I pointed out there is no signage whatsoever. The hotel itself, however, is exceptional. Just dont use the pool area unless you want to be screamed at.

The location is super convenient, only a few hundred meters from the train station, but very quiet. The size of the suite is very large, the facilities are brand new, the kitchen and bathroom are complete, I am very satisfied. Particularly commendable: the breakfast was delicious.

The service was great. Buffet breakfast was a good spread as well. However, there is not nearby shops or convenience shops nearby

If I am in Frankfurt, I am staying here. I've sayed in this hotel many times over the last 22 years. I love it. Exceptional service, facilities, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Never let me down. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Hot and cold dishes are plentiful and high-quality. Steigenberger provides good quality hospitality consistency throughout their hotels in Germany. I stayed in many of them and never got disappointed.
