⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is absolutely perfect, truly my forever stay in Dalian. When you request a non-smoking room, it really means zero cigarette smell, which is rare and so appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean and felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we entered. The view is breathtaking, spectacular, and mesmerizing , you can see Venice Water City and the ocean at the same time. Watching both sunrise and sunset from the room was unforgettable. The whole building smells good and feels luxurious and elegant. The woman who came to help us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. The room is fully equipped with everything you need: toiletries, slippers, clothes hangers, washing machine, fridge ….literally like an apartment. The bed is super comfortable and perfectly clean. This is my second stay here, and it will definitely be my forever choice whenever I come to Dalian. Highly recommended! 💙

Este hotel é Como um antigo hotel chinês, é um hotel de Grande estilo e mantém-se EM um estado relativamente bom, MAS é fechado com móveis de madeira escuro e não EM conformidade com a elevada expectativa de um Intercontinental, especialmente em comparação com outras cidades. Também há um cheiro estranho no quarto, e a distribuição do pequeno-almoço é limitada, Mesmo no salão do clube, e não houve reconhecimento do MEU aniversário, o que FOI desapontador. Nos casos positivos, a sala executiva é um tamanho bonito, o banheiro é enorme, a chuveiro é poderoso, a condição está bem, a cama e as cobertores são confortáveis, nenhuma máquina de café, MAS o acesso gratuito ao salão com chá de tarde, tanto no dia Como na hora feliz onde o alimento é servido .A piscina é grande e até 1.8m profunda.O preço é relativamente bom, então o preço global é agradável. É um raro hotel-castelo puramente europeu com uma localização muito boa, a poucos passos da Praça Xinghai. É muito conveniente para comer e viajar, e há carros especiais para buscá-lo na subida e descida da montanha. O quarto é muito grande. O quarto com vista para o mar fica de frente para a ponte que atravessa o mar e a vista é muito chocante. As instalações internas são um pouco antigas, mas no geral são boas. O serviço é acolhedor e atencioso. O lobby é magnífico e impressionante. Também há apresentações interativas para crianças à tarde. Há vários elevadores no saguão e é fácil se perder. A qualidade do café da manhã é média, exceto pelo preço alto, todo o resto é satisfatório.

The room was extremely clean, the room had a very pleasant smell, and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful. The bathtub was extremely spacious, and the water was contentiously hot. The shower was beautiful and the toilet was very high tech. The middle easten theme of the hotel was very nice. The ONLY problem with the room was that it didn't have any hooks to hang towels/robes.

Location is convenient, near to all convenience stores, restaurants and some hot spot here too 😍 Receptionists are really friendly and helpful, room is clean and tidy and the sea view is amazing! 🤩

位置呢，北站下車打車二十分鐘就到了，走個幾分鐘就到了海邊了，挺方便的。 環境衞生也挺不錯的。 工作人員挺有禮貌，有幾個可能是有點太累了，語氣不是很好，也能理解吧。 洗衣機第二天壞了一個，洗衣液第二天也用完了。 總體來説還行吧，應該還會再來。

Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian

環境不錯，地理位置也好，朋友説新開的，一定會好，幾家就約着來了。辦理入住等待時間過長，第一個房間刺鼻的裝修味道，前台根據要求提供了景色更好的房間，感謝。入住沒一個小時，房間漏水，一個黑衣服管理人員跟我説，房間已經是最好的房間了，再調衹能換到比現在不好的房間，且不能補差價，或者等等修好，我覺得修好也行，畢竟行李都打開了。半夜十二點半又開始漏水，讓我換房間，我説半夜我肯定接受不了，你拿點毛巾墊下面吸水，明天再説吧。第二天沒有主動來修的，通過攜程給酒店打電話，反饋是可以提供升房，那你昨天那個小管理不打臉嗎？撒謊不臉紅嗎？退房想晚一個小時也是不行的，你開房讓我等那麼長時間的時候你怎麼不説呢？去前台退房，小美女問我入住怎麼樣，我就把這些説了一下，小美女倒是耐心聽了，旁邊的小管理説啥，不是給你升房了嗎，不漏水我用你給我升房嗎？我房間漏水漏半宿你給我升房還成你讓着我了？和我是説你把房卡還回來就行，我就***的了，什麼態度啊？你旁邊的員工都能耐心接待你多啥啊？要不你們培訓的時候就讓員工別問。其實入住能感受到老闆是想把酒店做好，一線員工也都是很努力，那麼辛苦都能微笑待客，就這幾個小管理，都絕了，每回被員工拉回來的好感都被管理給敗了。路過幾次一號樓前台，都是在處理客訴，老闆你有時間看看你前台的監控吧，看看你的酒店管理團隊吧，挺好的地方，別被管理團隊給敗了。假期顧客多能理解，但是真誠待客真的會感動每一個客人。

The hotel concierge's attentive service was impressive. Being a newly opened hotel, it was clean and comfortable, and transportation was convenient. The cute robot that delivered the delivery to my room was memorable. I plan to stay at the Novotel again when I return to Dalian.

a very pleasant stay, room was spacious and clean, night was quiet and comfortable, location is superb, restaurant was stylish and tasty. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits this city.
