Este é um hotel de altíssima qualidade, repleto de beleza. O quarto é limpo e arrumado. O único problema é que a iluminação é um pouco fraca e não pode ser ajustada. O ambiente é ótimo, e você pode ver as estrelas à noite. É muito confortável e cada detalhe é muito bem pensado. O restaurante é lindo, a comida é excelente e a relação custo-benefício é alta. A localização no subsolo não é muito conveniente e não há lojas por perto. Vale a pena visitar só para apreciar o ambiente do hotel. É uma boa opção para passeios de carro.

Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia. The first thing that stands out is the gorgeous, panoramic views—truly some of the best you’ll find in the area. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery feels magical. The overall vibe of the property is warm, relaxing, and uniquely Cappadocian, with a charming blend of cave-style architecture and cozy touches. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even though there’s no elevator, they were quick to help with luggage and anything else we needed. If you’ve arranged your own tours or airport pick-ups, you only need to tell them your room number—they handle the call for you, which is incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the free water available at reception, a small but thoughtful detail. Another highlight: the pets! The resident doggos and cattos add so much personality and comfort to the place. They’re friendly, cute, and honestly part of the hotel’s charm. The room and common areas were very clean, and the property has a unique character that sets it apart from more standard hotels. Cons (more observations than complaints): Many locals in the area smoke, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers or anyone with allergies—not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning for sensitive travelers. The hotel lists a spa, but during our stay we weren’t offered any spa products or services. We were interested, but ended up booking a massage at a nearby place instead. The restaurant didn’t have its grill available while we were there, which meant three of the main dishes were unavailable—a bit disappointing. Not a downside, but good to know: it’s cheaper to book directly with the hotel, so definitely check that before reserving through third-party sites. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The views, staff, cleanliness, and the adorable pets make this place truly special. If you appreciate beautiful scenery and warm hospitality, this hotel is a great choice.

Just amazing! We got in touch with the manager fatih before arriving and he gave us lots of useful information on what to do, see, go on tours and buy groceries. The hotel is small, cozy, tastefully decorated and the staff is super nice and helpful. Fatih is fluent in English and speaks a little Chinese and Spanish. Helped us book and amazing balloon ride last minute and at a very affordable price. Breakfast is wodnerful. I asked him for the names of all the cheeaes and olives and dips served to go with warm, crispy ekmek and he kindly explained everything. We were served scrambled eggs one day and menemem the other. The town where it is located, uchisar is easily accessible from the nevsehir airport by shuttle at 250tl per person and a 10 min bus ride from goreme. Would recommend it to any small group thinking of a vacation in cappadocia. Great terrace view where you can see hot air balloons with the sunrise!!

A caminhada até a cidade a partir do hotel é longa, com descida. Saímos após o check-out para explorar e guardamos nossa bagagem. Pegamos um táxi de volta. Acredito que foi o Rose Taxi. A empresa de táxi também foi ótima e atenciosa. Nos levou para pegar a bagagem e depois para o shopping. E nos pegou e nos levou para o aeroporto. No geral, foi uma ótima estadia, que começou com este hotel.

Kahvaltısı ***et doyurucu ve güzeldi. Havuz ve hamam kısmı temizdi . Otel fotoğraflarda gördüğümüzden daha güzel ve büyüleyiciydi. Sabah terasa çıktığınızda balonları çok net görebilirsiniz. Bence en güzel olanı gecesiydi. Terasta oturup manzarayı izlemenin değeri paha biçilemez. Umarım bir daha tekrar görüşürüz.

Um dos problemas é que eles se esquecem de limpar meu quarto mesmo com a etiqueta de quarto limpo pendurada o dia todo e à tarde fui até a recepção para pedir especificamente a limpeza. Mas quando voltamos ao quarto por volta das 9, ainda não estava limpo. Eu diria que o quarto limpo é o básico para qualquer hotel.

Ficamos na sala da caverna, foi uma experiência totalmente diferente e foi muito legal. O café da manhã deles é tão bom. A equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa. O ambiente parece um lar. A localização é ideal para avistar balões de ar quente na Capadócia
