This is my third visit to the hotel after two previous good stays, but unfortunately, this time was different. The room was not as described in the booking — it was smaller than expected, had no sofa, and there was noticeable noise from the street. When I informed the receptionist about the issue, he said the hotel was fully booked and refused to change or upgrade the room. After I mentioned that I would write my feedback, Ms. Zainab from the reception kindly contacted me and handled the situation with professionalism, providing the correct room. I truly appreciate Ms. Zainab for her cooperation and attentiveness, and I hope the hotel management improves the attitude of some front desk staff.

Olá a todos! Estamos absolutamente encantados com o hotel, vamos começar do início. A fachada do hotel é realmente digna de Instagram; os transeuntes estão constantemente tirando fotos. O hotel em si também é muito aconchegante. Os cafés da manhã são realmente fartos e deliciosos. A anfitriã, Anna, é uma pessoa adorável ❤️ Não tivemos problemas com o isolamento acústico, ou talvez apenas tivéssemos vizinhos silenciosos. A única coisa é que o ar-condicionado era um pouco barulhento, mas nada insuportável. Me senti como um parente visitando neste hotel; fui muito bem recebido.

Fiquei aqui com uma família de 5 em dezembro, e todos os funcionários eram simpáticos e, sempre que pedimos ajuda, tinham resposta imediata e eram extremamente úteis. Eu uso uma piscina interior e um ginásio, que foram bem geridos e, mais importante, limpos. Também tivemos um pequeno-almoço que consistia EM cozinha tradicional turca e UMA variedade de pratos para escolher. Grabing a taxi was easy here but if you’re aiming to tour with a public transportation like bus and metro, you might have to walk +15mins. I had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful hotel with its breathtaking Bosphorus view. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. The outdoor pool was wonderful, and the spa team was not only professional but also very friendly, making the experience even more relaxing. The rooftop bar and restaurant were exceptional, offering both a stunning view and delicious food – the sushi and meat platters were outstanding. The warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The lobby, with its elegant atmosphere and view, was also a highlight. During our stay, we celebrated my son’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake prepared by the chefs. This thoughtful gesture made the day unforgettable. Every morning, the attentive waitress would kindly serve me hot water along with my dry apricots – a small detail that meant a lot to me. Overall, this is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special. I will definitely be back!

Minha estadia no The Ritz-Carlton, Istambul, de 7 a 9 de outubro de 2025, foi excelente. O hotel possui uma localização privilegiada com vistas deslumbrantes para o Bósforo, além de limpeza e profissionalismo excepcionais. O serviço foi impecável – cortês, atencioso e discreto. O quarto Premium era espaçoso, bem decorado e o serviço de limpeza impecável. As comodidades do hotel (spa, restaurante e bar do lobby) atenderam às minhas expectativas, embora o padrão pudesse ser um pouco mais elevado em comparação com outras comodidades. No geral, porém, considero a estadia muito confortável e altamente recomendada, tanto para viagens a negócios quanto a lazer.

Были в номере «Делюкс» на самом верхнем этаже с видом на парк. Можно открыть огромное окно во всю стену и наблюдать за полетами и играми птиц, включая попугев (их там в огромном количестве в парке). Аисты, чайки, попугаи - создается впечатление что находишься в парке юрского периода. Мы очень довольны всем, включая гостепреимство, с которым нас встречали и провожали. Замечательное место и люди, обязательно вернемся еще!

酒店非常美麗，與徹拉安宮為一體建築，站在房間的陽台上博斯普魯斯海峽的美景盡收眼底。早餐廳、孔雀餐廳、土爾其餐廳菜品豐富可口，尤其在早餐廳和孔雀餐廳，你可以體會到最上乘的服務，餐廳的每一位經理都親力親為，讓人非常享受。前台、禮賓、客房服務無可挑剔且人員配置齊全，每個需求都會在第一時間得到迴應及滿足，第一次在大酒店感受到小型奢華酒店的那種細緻有温度的服務。雖然在伊斯坦堡通行方面讓人有些不悦，但伊斯坦堡凱賓斯基酒店讓我們印象深刻，增添了此次旅行的樂趣！

Tudo no Rixos Tersane Hotel é simplesmente excepcional. A equipe é muito educada, prestativa e acolhedora. Eles tornaram a nossa estadia excepcional. Ficar no hotel foi simplesmente um sonho. Adoramos como eles organizaram um workshop para as crianças durante o dia todo. Realmente não consigo descrever o quanto adoramos cada minuto da nossa estadia no hotel e como adoramos todos os funcionários, especialmente o Sr. Volkan, que foi muito prestativo com a nossa estadia. Se decidirmos nos hospedar novamente, é por causa do Sr. Volkan, ele é uma pessoa tão acolhedora, atenciosa e gentil. Muito obrigado pelo serviço. E obrigado às adoráveis, incríveis e maravilhosas Sra. Kayan e Sra. Shayma, obrigada por serem tão gentis e maravilhosas com o nosso bebê e pela recomendação de atividades para crianças. Room is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Location is also very conveniently and walkable to most landmarks. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. Rooftop bar is beautiful with amazing night view of the city. Really appreciate front desk staff who allowed us to check in early after our long flight. Only some issues - AC is not very strong, even though we had it at 18 degree in summer weather. Hotel staffs are very helpful and can be fierce looking 🤣 In conclusion we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
