Not a very good location, you need to walk or taxi to everywhere. But services was good from head to toe. The hotel was very nice clean with excellent view with the whole harbour. Free breakfast was included in my booking, lots of varity with a Turkish tea.

Services - very good service and always welcoming guests.
Facilitates - very good and fully satisfied.
Locations - 15mins walk from Taksim station. Not too far way away, still accessible with baggage.

Very clean and have many restaurants and great service. The spa is very good and clean. Location was bit far, like you can't just walk to nearby places.

The location is a bit far from everything. There is nothing really around the hotel. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me, too small variety, bakery was not delicious. But I’m very satisfied of my room. There was beautiful design, nice bathtub, interesting snacks in mini bar, good view. The service was great, friendly workers, cozy atmosphere. The indoor pool was nice and there was no people at all. The gym is big and very good equipped.
