O hotel é tão grandioso, tudo parece chique, estético e caro. A equipe usa uniformes, todos parecem arrumados e elegantes. A equipe é educada e fácil de abordar. A vista do quarto 1535 é espetacular. Posso ver o mar, uma pequena comunidade, outro prédio e parte da cidade. O quarto é bem conservado, limpo e arrumado. Tudo está dentro. Café grátis, xampu, sabonete líquido, sabonete, 2 toalhas, 1 toalha pequena, 2 garrafas de água, água quente, TV, CR, banheiro, cofre, janela muito grande. Minha família ficou muito feliz durante sua estadia de uma noite.

Lovely stay! Beautiful hotel, with fabulous pools and direct access to a pristine beach with stunning sunsets. Service was also really good. Tons of restaurants to eat within walking distance. Top class place! My only suggestion is to install coffee machines for breakfast - espressos and cappuccinos are not complimentary, only brewed black coffee is served.

Um dos melhores hotéis, com ótimo atendimento ao cliente e excelentes instalações! Normalmente não escrevo avaliações longas, mas fiquei extremamente feliz e minhas expectativas foram superadas. Parabéns aos dois funcionários da piscina — eles são educados, gentis e muito atenciosos com as crianças. O Wi-Fi era ótimo, perfeito para quem precisa trabalhar durante as férias. Os processos de check-in e check-out foram tranquilos e sem complicações! Os recepcionistas e a equipe de alimentos e bebidas foram incríveis. O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções, mas tudo estava delicioso e valeu o preço. O quarto era bem pequeno, principalmente para quem viaja com crianças, mas era limpo, aconchegante e cheirava muito bem. Parabéns ao departamento de limpeza! O hotel também oferece acesso gratuito à praia e piscina de Mactan Newtown, o que foi incrível! Eles oferecem um serviço de transporte gratuito com horários definidos, mas se você não quiser esperar, não se preocupe — é só uma curta caminhada. Meu bebê Franco adorou nossa estadia aqui. Location of the hotel is amazong, close to different establishments. Walking distance to food, massage areas and groceries. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Recommended place to stay. Worth its price.

It is a nice location to travel to town or even just stay in the hotel. The breakfast has variety choices and wont get bored easily. For the photo of the towel, actually we request for 2 more bottle of mineral water but I don’t know why the house keeping talk about towel. And we check in for two adult but the house keeper insist only give one towel and not even a hand towel. At the end, we call to receiptionist to request the towel and they mentioned they suppose to provide 2 towels. Their internal communication within department shall be enhanced for this. Others cleanliness and hygiene is still acceptable

Surely it’s very nice 5 star hotel, but still one thing you need to consider before booking. The beach is sandy and zones nearby are quite comfortable to stay in and have a rest on the shore. But if you’re snorkeling fan - not a good option for you. On the photo you can see what happens on low tide. Surely you need to wear coral boots (mandatory!!!) and walk a long distance before reaching point where you can swim and snorkel. Still famous aero plane wreckage can be easily accessed and seen underwater. Coral bottom of the sea quite poor on this beach. But you can see a lot of different starfishes.

We arrived around 7pm and the security personel just pointed where we can enter using a ramp since i'm with a child and an elderly, but they didn't even helped us with the luggages. Front desk staff were fine. But after the check-in processes, they will just give you the key card and no one will assist you going to your room or showing were the room is. I also read a review for this hotel that they were held at the lobby for check-out for almost an hour because there was a stain on the linen which they claimed that they were not at fault. And they were asked to pay a fine. So what i did was i video recorded the whole room upon entering so if ever they will find any problem during our check out i will have a proof. And the problem i saw was there were stains on the beddings/linens, there's a damage on the table top, the television is fine but there's a yellow discoloration on the screen. Looks like an LCD problem. The lavatory's faucet is a little bit loose so we're really careful when were using it. Food for breakfast were fine. And before leaving the room i took a video recording again of the whole room.

Digamos que é Como um lavatório de energia para as SUAS senhoras. Mas olá, água livre!É um ganho.E o pequeno-almoço?Sarap!Não é Salado, apenas à direita.Eu estava chocado quando eles trouxeram toda a propagação – fruta, café, sumo ... tudo!Tapsilog estava prestes a ser. Eles até me agarram OS ovos –, coziram o leite para OS molhos, e um pano inteiro de melancias de água, e o sumo e o café eram legítimos. A piscina parecia Insta-worthy, MAS fomos afundados Da nossa viagem rural.Além disso, fechava cedo.A localização está um pouco fora do caminho, MAS há comida de rua perto quando você é ridículo.Não é o melhor garfo, MAS o busog é o busog, certo? Wow - Super hotel. Best hotel I have visited in years. Staff polite, efficient and attentive in a polite way. Room was very large, with some free mini cookies and a few free juices. Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed
