1. Hotel antigo muito mágico e sofisticado 2. Bebidas e snacks gratuitos de boas-vindas após as 15:00h. 3. A vista do quarto é muito bonita, de frente para o porto para ver o pôr do sol, visão noturna e luz da manhã, o quarto também tem uma pequena varanda, parece morar em um barco 4. Existe um serviço de autocarro gratuito de e para Sannomiya (diariamente) e Shin-Kobe (apenas 6 dias) 5. O conteúdo do café da manhã é super rico 6. O hotel cheira a fragrância, esse cheiro é a fragrância sofisticada de décadas atrás🥰 7. O isolamento acústico das janelas externas é ruim e você pode ouvir as atividades no porto 8. Tem poucas tomadas, pode ser um hotel antigo 9. No geral, gosto muito, apesar de velha, mantém um ar clean, elegante e de bom gosto, que não decepciona!

Existem 5 pequenos banhos ao ar livre que podem ser reservados. Em particular, os dois lugares que parecem estar nas montanhas lá fora são muito populares. Os outros três também eram semi-externos, então foi bom poder apreciar a paisagem sem se sentir abafado. O bom deste lugar é que normalmente você pode fazer uma reserva e utilizá-lo como quarto privado, mas é apenas uma vez, mas aqui você pode fazer duas reservas para a noite e para a manhã, para que possa desfrutar ao ar livre e uma vez semi-exterior. As refeições são comidas no restaurante, mas são preparadas numa sala privada separada. Claro, nem todas as salas estão bloqueadas, por isso pode ouvir o barulho da sala ao lado, mas pode comer confortavelmente sem se preocupar com os outros. Embora fosse uma cama de solteiro, consegui descansar bem sem nenhum desconforto, e foi bom que houvesse uma cadeira de massagem em cada andar. Definitivamente, quero passar por aqui novamente na próxima vez que for à área de Kansai.

Fiquei hospedado no Kobe Portopia Hotel, que sempre admirei. O lobby do hotel era grande e havia um lustre, então você poderia dizer que era um hotel lindo! Dessa vez fiquei em um quarto duplo standard no Kobe Portopia Hotel. O quarto não era muito compacto e me senti relaxado. O banheiro da unidade também era relativamente espaçoso, mas havia um leve cheiro de ralo. Mas isso não é uma grande preocupação~ Se eu tivesse que dizer alguma coisa, há uma coisa que gostaria de ver melhorada. Acho que o ar condicionado é antigo e não sopra muito vento. Como resultado, sinto que o ar da sala está abafado e não se move tanto. . . Se eu tiver outra chance, gostaria de ficar em outro quarto!!

The hotel room is very lovely. Do take advantage of the cheaper overnight parking at the hotel if you are driving. I parked elsewhere and the overnight parking fee is more than parking at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is simple but very delicious. The service is also very good. The hotel is also a participating hotel for the luggage delivery service. It saved me from the backaches of carrying the luggage by myself.

Our stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening. Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean. Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅 I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now! We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in(( Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.

アメニティも選べる物もあり ウェルカムドリンクとおつまみ 朝食も付いており小さなパンの5個セットに飲み物でパンもトーストされており、温かい朝ごはんを食べれました。 一階の部屋で2階の足音や外、廊下の音がうるさかったのと ベットが壊れている？半分がとても沈み込んでいて寝心地が悪く残念でした。 主人が寝た側は大丈夫だったのですが… 夫婦でビジネスの予定で利用させて頂きましたが 音の問題以外はビジネスホテルよりも安価でお風呂やお部屋も広いので夫婦で動く時はビジネスホテルでない方が快適かなと思いました。 スタッフの対応もとても丁寧でした。

Review of The Royal Park Canvas Kobe I recently stayed at The Royal Park Canvas Kobe and found it to be a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Kobe Chinatown is close by, and iconic spots like the “Be Kobe” monument and Kobe Tower are within a pleasant 25-minute walk. The Kitano Ijikan district is also easily reachable on foot. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out through machines, with front desk staff standing by if assistance is needed. My room had a relatively large bathroom, which added to the comfort. The buffet breakfast was not bad, and a fun highlight was the free ice cream available from 8pm to 10pm. A thoughtful touch is the presence of two donation bins where travellers can drop off unwanted clothing—an environmentally friendly and community-minded initiative. Overall, The Royal Park Canvas Kobe is a well-located, comfortable stay with nice little touches that enhance the experience.

Very convenient location and spacious room. Especially love the various bathroom amenities provided in the front desk for self-pickup. However the hotel requires guests to request cleaning service before 10am is inflexible, and the cleaning quality is average. They limited the supply to only two bottles of water per day and couldn’t find a water dispenser as well.

A localização do hotel é muito próxima da Estação Sannomiya (JR e Metrô) e de fácil acesso. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. Cheguei cedo ao hotel e deixei toda a minha bagagem na recepção até que meu quarto reservado estivesse pronto para o check-in. Em suma, estou muito satisfeito com os serviços do hotel e com certeza voltarei a me hospedar aqui em minha próxima viagem de negócios a Kobe.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, we enjoyed the bar with a jazz singer, the food was delicious. I love the jacuzzi bubblebath and the amenities is awesome all rooms has verandas you can see the beautiful view of kobe tower & port .The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist at the front desk, not friendly, the treatment was not welcoming, you didn't see a smile when greeting.
