A vista é muito bonita e a sala limpa, as cortinas estão fechadas e não podem ser abertas para desfrutar dela.O pessoal é muito bonito e útil, mas não falou inglês.

It is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Tashkurgan. Quiet and peaceful with a perfect senic view of the mountains. It is away from all the other all the other tourists area. The room has everything you need and it is very comfortable. I will certainly come back again.

Amazing place well placed to go anywhere. Didi’s get pick up easily and you can get to the most tourist parts of Wulumuqi. All kids of street food downstairs which is all high quality!

This hotel is amazing for its value. Although the lobby didn’t give off good vibes, but the room was above expectations. It’s 5 star standard. Honestly couldn’t really tell from the mainstream 5 star rooms in China like Hilton or Grand Hyatt’s main lineup. The location was also very good. There’s a food street beside it and it’s only a 10 min walk to a large mall nearby.

The team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

The staff used B1 swimming pool wash facilities while I am using the sauna. This new 5 ⭐ hotel should improve. For 2 days I stayed for breakfast and they were all the same. Also 7:30 is not ready

I lived here in early February. At first, I made a reservation for two nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed here for two more days. The hotel is located near Lyusin Street, where New Year's Eve events took place in February. There is also a bus station five minutes away by taxi, which I came to from Kazakhstan. The room itself is decorated in cozy, warm colors and in a national style. The mattresses and pillows are very soft, and there is also a blanket for the bed, which is rare in China. There is also a tatami mat where you can have breakfast or do yoga, overlooking the street. The rooms are constantly cleaned and kept clean throughout the hotel. I would like to separately praise the reception and kitchen staff. The reception staff was always ready to help with any problems or suggest how to get to the sights. The kitchen staff, if you didn't have time to have breakfast or wanted to sleep longer, will let you pick up food in a container and then heat it in the microwave. So far, this is the best hotel in all of China.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Some could speak a little English during the check in process. We were told that the room has no windows before we saw it. The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. The security staff were friendly as well.

和朋友一起去喀什旅遊第一天入住空中花園酒店，沒想到這麼驚喜，酒店大堂充滿抑鬱風情，大堂乾淨明亮整潔，最最重要的是服務超好很帥的新疆帥哥主動幫我們拿行李，並且送到房間，房間非常大氣乾淨，床鋪很舒適，一覺睡來滿身疲憊消除殆盡，早餐豐富種類很多，最愛新疆的酸奶和奶茶，還有他的麪條太好吃了，退房也非常順利，前台小姑娘一直微笑服務，最後還貼心的送我們毛巾伴手禮，以後有機會還會入住，對了對了再提一嘴，他家的博物館也很棒

Останавливались в этом отеле всей семьёй и остались очень довольны 😊 Номер большой и просторный: две отдельные спальни и большая гостиная с диваном — очень удобно для семьи. Душ и туалет раздельные, всё чисто и аккуратно. Ежедневно проводилась уборка, регулярно меняли полотенца и пополняли шампунь и гель для душа. Отдельно хочу отметить очень внимательное и доброжелательное отношение хозяев и администрации — всегда готовы помочь. Есть возможность постирать вещи, а для сушки нам по просьбе предоставили отдельную вешалку, что было очень удобно 👍 Также нам бесплатно дали переходник для розетки, так как у нас была вилка другого типа — это было очень приятно 👍 Отель расположен в тихом спокойном районе, не прямо у трассы, поэтому отдыхать комфортно и тихо, но при этом местоположение очень удобное. В целом нам всё очень понравилось. Если снова приедем в Кульджу — обязательно остановимся здесь ещё раз. Очень уютный и приятный отель!
