Excellent
This is the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed at. It is very nicely decorated, cosy and clean. Service staff are friendly and helpful, making our stay a memorable one. Restaurant service staff Wang Ying 王英 was especially helpful for our breakfast enjoyment. Afternoon snacks and every soup was good too. Thank you very much. We'll be back one day.

Hotel is really well located right next to the bell tower and within the city walls. Easily accessible with a metro right outside. Staff were warm and very helpful and room was adequate size and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
The Sheraton is located by a metro station. Which makes everything easier for traveling. The staff have been helpful and offering me maps and ways to get around. The rooms are equipped with everything. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom is perfect, they have good toiletries for you. The breakfast is also very delicious. A mixtures of western and Asian. The pastries are delicious. I like this hotel. Definitely would come back again. Thank you again.

Lovely hotel at a little turn corner. Silent n calm. V convenient, food is everywhere. English speaking staff ( mostly). Large room, could do with one xtra chair though. Great rm service aka cleaning. Thank u. I enjoyed my 10nights in XiAn.

The location is good, it is in a lively district with many shops and restaurants. It is 700m from the nearest metro station, which is on the main central boulevard, and from there you can even walk down to main tourist areas if you want to. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed is comfortable. The decor is dated, that may bother you or may not. Unfortunately there is an issue with the air ventilation, presumably related to the restaurants next door. The first room I stayed in had a strong odour, however, upon request, staff kindly moved me to another room. The second room was fine. It's okay for the price if you get the right room in my opinion. Request one near the elevator, not further away.

Excellent
Surprised for the hotel. It is very comfortable and close the famous place of Xian. It is closed the market and easy ro shop. All staff are nice and friendly. The room is very clean and excellent room plan. We loved the hotel that is decirated as the chinese art. We will be back again and suggest Thai to stay here

The hotel is nicely located and near to the city wall south gate. It’s also very easy to find food near the hotel. The hotel’s service is top notch and we were provided several amenities that is out of expectation during check in and check out. Special thanks to 东东 for her assist while checking out. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Xi’an.

It was a really great stay. When i came, the receptions were not able to speak english so we used translator app. The check in process was fast. They even allowed me for early check in, bravo! First time visiting a hotel with no coffee but they have 2 selections of tea in a jar, how cool is that! It has a laundry room. Bed was comfy and the room was alot bigger than i thought. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience stores. When i check out the reception was not able to speak english again but well, only checking out. They also have designated room for luggage storage. Highly recommended!
