Desde o momento em que entrei no hotel, senti sua atmosfera luxuosa. A recepcionista, Nn, foi profissional e eficiente, auxiliando-me rapidamente no check-in. O quarto era primorosamente decorado, a roupa de cama era macia e confortável, e havia uma varanda fantástica com uma vista incrível. O café da manhã era farto e delicioso; o macarrão estava particularmente bom. A localização do hotel é excelente, convenientemente situado perto da Torre do Sino, da Torre do Tambor e do Bairro Muçulmano, tornando o transporte extremamente fácil. Nossa família de cinco pessoas visitou Xi'an pela primeira vez e procurou hotéis no Ctrip. Como já ficamos em muitos Novotel em diferentes lugares, escolhemos este Novotel da Bell Tower. A nossa estadia superou completamente as expectativas! A localização é excelente, fica numa área comercial movimentada e tem uma estação de metrô bem na porta, o que facilita ir para qualquer lugar. O quarto, o ambiente e o serviço do hotel foram tão bons quanto esperávamos. Uma moça muito simpática na recepção (não sei o nome dela) nos atendeu muito bem, foi ótimo! Ah, e o café da manhã é farto, com opções chinesas e ocidentais, o que é muito importante para mim. O café moído na hora é excelente 👍

It was a beautiful moment to be there. I’m a female and I was traveling alone. And it totally felt safe to be there. Most of the team that I’ve seen were female too and they were always very helping if I needed something. Location is not so far from the Center and very quiet. I had the family room and the room is very spacious, isolated(in a good way) and cozy. Many windows but warm, the bathtub and the water was very hot. Very high ceiling and it’s always the best! Sometimes it’s important to have a great hotel by yourself if you are traveling alone, it totally gives you better feeling of the city and welcoming energy. For that it was a very good price. I’ll definitely come here again if I come back to X’ian one day and I already recommended my friends to stay here. Thank you so much Yixi hotel. Happy new year!

Nice design. Good front desk service. The young girl at front desk taking a summer job is very clever and helpful. Good view as it is a tall building and hotel is at the top 2 floors . There are many eateries and fruit shops nearby. The ground floor lobby is dirty. The lift is dirty. Hope hotel can find a way to beautify such common areas shared with other tenants of the building. There are many hairs on the floor. I have suggested to the front desk that they should also buy a vacuum cleaner to clean away the hairs in each room. The cleaning mob is not effective to clear away the hairs and other dusts.

O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente! Quarto super limpo e confortável, com tudo funcionando bem. A localização é excelente, perto do metrô e de vários pontos interessantes, o que facilitou bastante meus passeios. O atendimento foi impecável: equipe atenciosa, sempre disposta a ajudar, mesmo com a barreira do idioma. As comodidades também são muito boas, especialmente para quem viaja sozinho e quer praticidade. Ótima relação custo-benefício — voltaria sem dúvidas!

Amazing hotel for families with young kids! Spacious, clean and most importantly entertaining for kids age 1 to 15!! They have Nintendo switch and small toy for the younger kids. The only downside is perhaps no window (to the light outside) which could either make you very comfortable to sleep well OR makes you sleep throughout the morning! Staff is very helpful trying go assist you via translation apps

From airport pick-up to check-in, and then our excursion to the Terracotta Army the next day, everything was seamlessly arranged with a one-stop service. Our tour guide and lecturer were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable throughout, making it very kid-friendly – definitely a thumbs up! The entire experience was completely hassle-free. The hotel lobby was quiet and elegant, and our room, the Camphor Manor, was comfortable, clean, and boasted excellent natural light. The bed linens even had playful little astronaut designs, and there were both iPhone and Type-C charging cables by the bedside – attention to detail was top-notch, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the Xiaonanmen morning market and about a 15-minute walk from the Bell and Drum Towers, offering both peace and comfort. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I had a very pleasant stay. The owner was very accommodating and the location was super convenient. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and parking was also a breeze.
