This place is perfectly situated within the Wulanhada volcano park. It is 2 mins walk away from the 北游客中心. You can take the tour bus to get to the accoms if you are not driving.
The hotel design is unique and looks beautiful at night. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful! They have a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. If you are lucky, you can see the fireworks while having dinner and sheep outside your door in the morning ❤️

Second prolonged stay and everything was fine once again. Special.peaise to the friendly, hard working and very efficient receptionists. Rooms are well furnished with full amenities. Housekeeping needs some more guidelines by the management but overall unquestionable a great stay and an excellent option of stay.in Manzhouli

made a reservation at the Manchurian Grand Hotel. There is a gym on the 4th floor, but it was a lie that it was free for those staying at the hotel, and they demanded to pay 50 yuan to get in. I was charged 100 yuan when I was picked up from the plane and delivered.

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel
I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail.
Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location - 10min drive from volcano north entrance
Great service and attitude - front desk helped to arrange for transportation to and from volcano, and transport back to town at a reasonable price. Response was prompt and attentive.
Clean and new accommodation - newly renovated in Aug 2024 if not mistaken!

GGuest UserI give a full five-point rating to the service here. I rarely write so many reviews. There are so many advantages. I was upgraded to a balcony room for free when I arrived. They helped me carry my luggage in the car in the rain when I checked in, delivered a disposable basket to the room, delivered peanut drinks for dinner, and sent souvenirs when I left. The waiter's sincere service attitude throughout the whole process can be said to be better than all the five-star hotel services I have seen. The chef of the restaurant on the 4th floor is very good. The Russian food in the evening is large. Three people ate two meals, and the breakfast is also rich.

Eever512Very nice hotel, swiping the card upstairs, very safe. The room was large, very clean and separated from wet and dry. It is said to be a free upgraded room type, panoramic bed room. Free parking, remember to be behind the hotel, please make sure to ask when you are sure, because the traffic lights at the door are a bit complicated, and the traffic flow is large to catch up with the off-duty point. The quality of the service staff is very high and beautiful 😊! Next to it is the winery, open it up!

MM17016****This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It truly lives up to its reputation as an established five-star. The entire decor is grand and elegant. You can even enjoy hotpot on the first floor. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich – I tried the lamb offal noodles and savory milk tea with fried dough sticks. In the evenings, there's a bathhouse and a steam room available, which is such great value for money! The location is also superb, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The service of this hotel is very considerate and meticulous. This is our first time traveling to Xilinhot. We are not familiar with the local conditions. The lobby manager Batu patiently introduced and recommended Some places worth visiting and precautions also helped us avoid many detours. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I have the opportunity.

Lliu wei huiWe had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful.
The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise.
Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another!
As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles.
This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old.

GGuest UserThe service was very warm and thoughtful. There was a snowstorm on the day we arrived. The staff went out in the snow to help move boxes and tried their best to provide heating. They also helped move the car and reminded us of the car's malfunction early the next morning. They helped us a lot.
Although the yurt facilities are not as good as those of a hotel, it is very unique and has its own independent yard. The children had a lot of fun

From the moment you enter the parking lot, the security guard helps you with your luggage, and Anna at the front desk helps you check in. She is very welcoming, the view is great, the room is very clean, and the breakfast has more than 100 styles. The entrance of the hotel is also a must-see and photo-taking view in Arshan.
