The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

A maioria dos pontos turísticos fica a uma curta distância a pé, e a estação de metrô fica em frente ao hotel. Este é um hotel com vista para o Rio Songhua. Possui salas de reunião, lojas de presentes e academia. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é a limpeza do carpete. O carpete tem manchas visíveis, o que é compreensível, já que é difícil de limpar. Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

The service was truly exceptional, beyond words. The room was spotless and tidy, and the cleaning staff did an incredibly thorough and detailed job. Unlimited Drinks: The room has a mini-fridge for chilling drinks, and both beverages and water are complimentary with unlimited refills. This is a huge plus! Amenities: The room also includes a humidifier, and the bathroom features a dry-wet separation design. If I ever come back to Harbin, I'll definitely choose Qiu Guo again.

We stayed at the Shangri-La Harbin Horizon Club for three nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Great location with easy access everywhere, clean room, friendly staff overall. A lovely Reception staff named Gao, Zhongpeng was extremely warm and helpful. I contacted her online prior to arrival; she not only changed a more suitable room type tailored for our family ( 2 adults and one 10 yr) than the original one I booked , but also answered all my questions patiently, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for the whole family trip.
