Tive uma excelente experiência no Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. Todos os funcionários estão dispostos a nos ajudar e garantir que tenhamos a melhor experiência possível neste hotel e em Harbin. Nunca ficamos sem itens de higiene pessoal em nosso quarto, e eles são repostos sempre que possível. Comemorei o aniversário do meu parceiro durante a nossa estadia e um funcionário até preparou uma surpresa para nós! Este hotel tem uma localização conveniente. A maioria dos pontos turísticos fica a uma curta distância a pé, e a estação de metrô fica em frente ao hotel. Este é um hotel com vista para o Rio Songhua. Possui salas de reunião, lojas de presentes e academia. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é a limpeza do carpete. O carpete tem manchas visíveis, o que é compreensível, já que é difícil de limpar. Definitivamente me hospedaria neste hotel novamente! Obrigado a todos os funcionários.

The location is fantastic, just one street away from Central Street and very close to the Songhua River, which is super convenient. The room was very clean and spacious, and they even offered afternoon snacks. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. The front desk even helped me with my luggage. My first stop in Harbin was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back or recommend it to friends!

True Go Hotel, Harbin – Comfortable and Thoughtfully Managed While the reception area felt a little cluttered, the rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just about 200 metres from a food street, making it easy to find meals and explore the area. What really stood out was the service. The reception team was efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even though the hotel is not large, they had a concierge who assisted us with purchasing attraction tickets and arranging transport to various places of interest. It was extremely cold during our stay, but the hotel really took care of guests. They provided free heat packs for those who were not fully prepared for the weather, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also free ice cream at the reception that guests could help themselves to — a small but delightful surprise. The room came with a humidifier, which made a big difference in the dry winter air. Thanks to the helpful staff, we were still able to visit places like Tiger Park and Volga Manor comfortably despite the freezing temperatures. Overall, a warm and well-managed hotel with thoughtful touches that made the stay much more comfortable. A great choice for anyone visiting Harbin, especially in winter.

No geral, é muito bom. A localização é excelente, a apenas seis ou sete minutos a pé da Rua Central. Gosto muito da Rua Central e já estive lá várias vezes. Logo abaixo fica a Hagia Sophia, que tem um visual completamente diferente durante o dia e à noite. É muito bonita. O quarto estava muito limpo e o atendimento foi rápido e prestativo. Há depósito de bagagem gratuito. O saguão do primeiro andar está em reforma, provavelmente temporária, mas deve ficar ainda melhor quando estiver pronto. No geral, uma avaliação positiva!

We loved the huge playground with the slide and a ball pit. The room was very big in an open space. Bath tub, shower room and toilet were separated from 2 beds and playground. 1 bed was combined by 2 single king-beds which is huge. The service was great having free ‘good night’ milk and free check-out luggage service. The location was excellent, a few mins walk to the subway or cableway station. A few mins walk to Zhongyang (Central) Street. The breakfast was good, too, having both Chinese & Western food. High recommended, will book it again if we revisit Harbin.

BOOK IT !! I’m from Germany and its first time in china. If you have trust issues? Then just pick this hotel in Harbin!! The staff are beautiful dressed in Chinese clothes. They will welcome you warmly and try their best to communicate with you. They also got seated toilet if you are worried. The room? Clean. The floors? You can see your own face in it. The inside of the hotel? Aesthetic. Like it’s a place to take pictures! I don’t know who built it, but he deserves to be rich.

Excellent cleanliness. Spacious room and well maintained. Towels are those for single use fibre type. If you are looking for comfort and ”WOW” factor, choose this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to everyone out there looking for hotel in Harbin

Отель отличный, чисто, уютно, тишина в номере полная. Сотрудники приветливые, всегда готовы прийти на помощь, языковой барьер не чувствуется. Завтраки вкусные. Единственный нюанс: кондиционер не работал, пришлось открывать окно чтобы проветрить. В остальном нам всё понравилось. Будем останавливаться здесь ещё

Omg best room hotel so far! Its so warm i love it. Being able to easily shower twice a day because its not cold at all. And amazing because you even have free laundry 😍. The breakfast was okok, i got it for 3 days i only went for one day maybe its just not my liking. The room is spacious clean and not dusty at all. Thanks alot! The service was good too thanks alot for the great stay! Oh and right infront u cross the street, just walk straight and you will reach the metro. Please take tge metro its really cheap and just a 5min or less walk! Great location.
