From the very beginning of booking the room, I felt very considerate. They would add WeChat in advance to send important information. There was no sun on the day of check-in. The ingredients around the fire were delicious, especially the small tofu, which made me have endless aftertaste. The observation deck on the fourth floor was very good for taking pictures. From the get-go, this hotel nestled in Xingyi's stunning Wanfenglin Landscape captured our hearts with its genuine hospitality and cozy atmosphere. The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special. The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff Xiao Hu who ensured a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu boasted a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was visually appealing. The restaurant staff provided excellent recommendations and displayed a deep knowledge of the menu, further enhancing the overall dining experience.

Location: The hotel is positioned at a relatively higher geographical area. If you get one of the rooms that faces the village, you can have an amazing view of the buildings. Service: The concierge was immensely helpful and friendly. They provided me with awesomely reliable recommendations for places to visit, things to do or restaurants to eat at. They also helped me book event tickets and find cars to get to scenic spots. Additionally, I had a few great talks with them. They hold a simple and honest attitude for life, just like the other villagers I talked to here. On top of everything, they give free sweet snacks! Amenities: Great everything! Unlimited supplies of water! Cleanliness: I saw a stain or so on a pillow. But overall, apart from it, it was nice and neat. Highly recommended.

My friend and I stayed here for one night and, whilst overall our stay was fine, I did feel some things were lacking. The room was large, with plenty of space, but the bathroom was tiny. The windows were entirely frosted which meant there was no view of the outside, which made the room feel rather claustrophobic. But BY FAR the biggest problem for me was the air conditioning. It was on constantly, at the lowest setting, but the room never cooled down throughout our stay. It wasn’t particularly hot at the end of August but with the lack of windows that opened, and high humidity, it made the room feel very stuffy and affected my sleep. The temperature of the room is an important factor for me and I wouldn’t stay here again without knowing beforehand that the AC was working as it should.

Thanks to Trip.com for this wonderful hotel. All of us (4 pax) LOVED this hotel. Very strategically located amongst food centers, shops and local activities. Views from this hotel is fantastic...accentuated by the river and lights at night. Again, our stays exceeded the HIGH 5 Star ratings.... Ms Chen, Manager of the hotel is EXTREMELY helpful and resourceful in giving valuable suggestions thus making our stay, a delightful vacation. Well done, Ms Chen, an original Miao native and her efficient team, Ms Wu and others. Wonderful staff, including housekeeping... Definitely, will recommend to visit Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village and staying at Xijiang Story Resort Hotel is a Super Plus advantage. It's so good! I want to praise this hotel to everyone around me. Before I checked in, the hotel manager added WeChat and told me all the precautions in detail and thoughtfully. He answered all the questions about travel, which gave me a great sense of security. The geographical location is the closest to the waterfall among the three hotels in the scenic area. You can get to the escalator or walking path 30 meters after exiting the convenient passage by face scanning. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the second viewing platform of the waterfall. The room is very large, with both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel thoughtfully prepared bathtub covers, toilet seat disinfection, bath salts, etc. The details are full. The slippers are the best quality in my 10-day trip to Guizhou, better than the five-star Guizhou Hotel VIP Building. There is also a business car to take you to the passenger shuttle when you leave the hotel, which is very friendly to tourists who have to carry the elderly and children and drag luggage. The only drawback is that the hotel has too many stairs and no elevator.
