Hotéis Romantic em Guizhou, China

When contacting the hotel on trip.com the response was very fast and I was happy that someone can help me find the hotel on WeChat (in the end it was easy to find and I didn't necessarily need help but the hotel still confirmed I was heading in the right direction). The room and check in and check out etc, everything was perfect and the room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and a very good location just opposite a big mall, a park and the white palace, and a very short ride to the airport. Lots of food on your doorstep. There is huge projector in the room to watch movies too and they have a communally kitchen, free laundry room, and a game station, and free coffee, tea and juice in the lobby.

This hotel is perfectly situated on a hillside in the heart of the village, offering convenient access and excellent views. The service is incredibly attentive, with seamless arrangements for transfers to and from the scenic area entrance. Every staff member is genuinely warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Breakfast is prepared with great care, and they even sent us off with a small gift and drinks for our journey. What truly stands out is that every evening, the guesthouse hosts 4-5 incredibly talented artists performing Dong Grand Songs. Listening to them up close is a truly enchanting experience, like celestial music, and a wonderful artistic treat. This performance significantly enhanced our stay.

Uma experiência muito ruim, pois o cartão de crédito chinês da minha mãe e meu dinheiro sumiram dentro do quarto. O cartão de crédito chinês da minha mãe foi colocado junto com cerca de 500 RMB em dinheiro dentro do meu porta-passaporte, que foi deixado embaixo da minha bolsa de maquiagem na mesa, já que não há cofre dentro do quarto. Felizmente, eu havia retirado meu passaporte do porta-passaporte, pois precisarei dele para comprar passagens e tudo mais, já que não sou cidadã chinesa. Depois de perceber que o cartão de crédito e o dinheiro sumiram, imediatamente avisamos a recepção e revistamos todo o quarto, mas nada foi encontrado. A recepção prometeu que verificaria com a equipe de limpeza se ela havia pegado ou visto o cartão, mas não nos respondeu. Ela até nos disse que esse tipo de problema já havia acontecido muitas vezes e que muitos hóspedes já haviam reclamado. Depois que saímos do hotel para ir para outra cidade, entrei em contato com o hotel para obter atualizações e eles apenas me disseram que, se encontrassem, nunca encontraram nada e que me atualizariam. Realmente decepcionada com este hotel. Eu trabalho na recepção do setor hoteleiro e esse tipo de atitude e habilidade da equipe da recepção é totalmente inaceitável.

Stepping in, I was immediately impressed. The hallways are adorned with oil paintings, making each floor feel like an art exhibition. The design is a French-inspired 'cream cave' style – every corner is Instagram-worthy. Our double room was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious layout and soft bedding. The amenities are very smart, including a smart toilet. The attention to detail is evident, even the toiletries feel like works of art. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. We were greeted with a welcome afternoon tea, and the Tremella soup was delicious. In the evenings, there's a comforting 'goodnight sweet wine and mochi' service. Plus, the 24-hour room service meant we could enjoy Guiyang snacks even late at night.

Central, close to eateries and transit, easy to find. Rooms are clean and don't smell like smoke (an impressive feat in China)! Would definitely recommend to anyone heading to Guiyang.

Cover most of the basics extremely well. Great friendly service staff at reception , on 2nd floor. Nice simple friendly helpful bar with a good bartender call Wu Hao. Went out of his way to make a cocktail not on the menu for my wife . Breakfast is ok, again good friendly staff . Only drawback is the entrance is just a lift along a busy main road with 2 bus stops . Very difficult to unload on arrival .

This hotel is truly beautiful and perfect for anyone who enjoys a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and communicating through WeChat made everything very smooth. They quickly learned our preferences, like how we take our coffee, and always respected our routines, such as not disturbing us in the mornings. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. A special thank-you to Yang Yang, Li Min, Xiao Qin, Qiu Hui and Yang Guoshu for the excellent service. And definitely try the free photography-the guy is really good! :))

房間安靜，完全沒有嘈雜感 房間乾淨明亮，整體氛圍令人愉快 而且還有免費的可樂和礦泉水 房間裏的鏡子也是很大 還有小沙發呢 床鋪睡起來也是很柔軟還有投影儀 窗外還可以看見南明河 隔音效果也很好 我是很推薦去這家酒店住 YYDS！！！🙈🙈特別適合情侶或者閨蜜，兄弟出來旅遊，這個酒店真的不錯，而且我住的這個房間有個大陽台，打開窗簾，外面就是河，還有個橋，夜景真的不錯，主要是離商場很近，有貴陽本地的絲娃娃之類的，昨天晚上住了之後，我們就去吃了頓酸湯牛肉，真的不錯，很方便。值得推薦

I truly enjoyed my stay at Downtown Novotel Guiyang. Special shout out to the front desk staffs Bubble, Kino and 3 more. They did their best to accommodate my requests throughout my 1 week stay there. Especially Bubble she helped me get my cold medicine when I was unwell. I'll come back to stay if ever I'm there. Also it's location was quite centralised.

The hotel is very close to Guiyangbei station, which makes it very convenient. The room is also very clean and staff were friendly. My only complaint is that it was very difficult to find the hotel. There did not seem to be any signs, and I had to ask at a different hotel in order to find it. It's on the 12th floor, and you have to take the elevator to that floor to check in. Additionally, despite being listed as having a 24hr front desk, there was no one at the front desk when I had to check out early to catch my train.
