I had a layover at Beijing Capital Airport and chose this hotel because it shares my name. The reviews looked great, and my stay was indeed fantastic! I genuinely mean it! From the airport pick-up, the staff were incredibly efficient, helping me with my luggage into the car, and then again when checking in at the hotel. The service was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room layout was well-designed, and it was spotlessly clean, plus there were welcome fruits and yogurt! I didn't have high expectations for breakfast; I just thought I'd grab a quick bite, but to my surprise, it was delicious and very clean! A really pleasant surprise! In the morning, I even got to feed alpacas, which were adorable! The staff here really provide excellent, friendly service. You can tell they put their heart into it, better than many hotels I've stayed at abroad! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again. Kudos to the hotel staff!

Before my trip, I was a bit worried the hotel might be old, but when I checked in, I found it had been newly renovated. The room wasn't huge, but it even had a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is excellent; we walked to all the nearby attractions, and there were plenty of dining options close by, making it very convenient for meals.

Communication was never an issue because the hospitality felt sincere and thoughtful. One highlight we all loved was the free laundry service. After long days of walking and sightseeing, having clean clothes without extra cost felt like a real luxury and made our trip so much easier. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free snacks, always available and perfect for late nights or quick bites before heading out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained—ideal for resting after busy days exploring Beijing. Overall, it was a generous, caring stay that exceeded expectations. We may not have spoken the same language, but the service spoke volumes. Highly recommended.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were polite and checked me in quickly. There were complimentary hot drinks at the front desk, which was perfect for a business trip. I'll definitely come again; it was a very comfortable stay, the most comfortable I've had in Beijing.

This Chinese New Year, I brought my whole family, including seniors and children. We chose this hotel based on good reviews and the swimming pool. Upon arrival, it was as excellent as ever, and the front desk upgraded our room type. We were a group of seven, and they kindly upgraded our package and provided extra beds. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The executive lounge dining was superb; afternoon tea extended until 7:30 PM, and it was uncrowded with a great ambiance, perfect for a family dinner. The evening pool was absolutely amazing – it felt like being at a Bali resort right here in Beijing! The kids loved it and played for two days straight. I'd definitely recommend it for future visits.

The Beijing Qianmen M Hotel has an excellent location. It's a short walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, and subway lines 2 and 8 are right outside, making getting around super convenient. There's also a distribution center for trips to Badaling Great Wall nearby. The rooms are clean and quiet, the smart system is very handy, and the front desk is quick to respond. This is definitely a must-stay hotel for travelers! The staff even sent directions in advance, which was really thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here.

The Beijing Jingli Hotel Dajiaoting Branch was an amazing stay, comfortable and hassle-free from start to finish. Highly recommend! **Location:** Close to the subway and Hopson One mall, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. It's a quiet spot despite being in a busy area. The Dajiaoting station on Line 7 goes directly to Universal Studios without transfers, which is fantastic! **Service:** The front desk staff were warm, efficient, thoughtful, and attentive, responding quickly to everything. The staff even reminded me about the breakfast time change (now 7:00 to 10:00) – as someone who loves to sleep in, I really appreciate that! Truly excellent service. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotless, with no hidden corners. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was tidy, making for a worry-free stay. Although the room was small, it felt very cozy for a solo traveler. They say a small room can bring good fortune – definitely a Beijing thing! **Environment:** The decor was elegant and stylish, with full amenities and great soundproofing, leading to super high-quality sleep. Oh, and I have to mention the blinds are adjustable, and there's an additional blackout curtain, so I slept incredibly soundly.

Room facilities: I think it's better than many hotels; the room is spacious and clean. Value for money: For Beijing, it's excellent. Breakfast: The hotel has a great location, the lobby is very clean, and the decor is fantastic – totally my style. It's in a bustling area with convenient transportation. Even the pillows are comfortable; I feel like my sleep quality has improved since staying here. The staff are all very enthusiastic.

The lobby's high-domed ceilings and gilded decorations create an incredibly grand atmosphere, perfect for photos. Its location is superb, situated on Jinbao Street, close to Wangfujing and Tiananmen Square, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with soft, comfortable bedding. The bathrooms are equipped with L'Occitane products, ensuring quality. The service is professional and attentive; check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and polite. Breakfast is varied and delicious, offering both Western and Chinese options. Despite being in a bustling area, it's remarkably quiet, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The facilities are well-maintained, and every detail exudes luxury. Staying here in Beijing offers both a sense of occasion and exceptional comfort. Highly recommended!

Exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, with a free shuttle to Universal Studios right outside, making it super convenient to get there quickly. It's also a 10-minute taxi ride to the subway station. I checked in in the afternoon, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, answering my questions almost instantly. They recommended checking out the newly opened Wangfujing at Wanli, which was great. There are tons of dining options nearby, from local Beijing eateries to fast-food chains, including BBQ, iron pot stewed goose, old Beijing hot pot, and dumplings. The room had underfloor heating, which was lovely and warm, and the air conditioning provided ample hot air. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered great natural light, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. The biggest surprise was the smart home setup – keyless entry made self-check-in a breeze, quiet and secure. Plus, the smart toilet seat was heated! 💕 The host even gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast had a wide variety, so we promptly extended our stay. They even cleaned the room for us the second day. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!
