Я была в полном восторге от моего пребывания в отеле «Высоцкий». Уже при заезде меня приятно удивила команда отеля, предложившая апгрейд на невероятный номер Junior с потрясающим видом на две стороны города. Это был настоящий подарок — с каждой стороны открывался уникальный панорамный вид, который придавал особую атмосферу моему отдыху.
Номер оказался не только красивым, но и невероятно комфортным — здесь было всё для того, чтобы чувствовать себя как дома, но при этом в атмосфере истинной роскоши. Внимание к деталям в интерьере, качестве обслуживания и общему настроению отеля сделали моё пребывание по-настоящему незабываемым.
Особенно хочу отметить Александра на ресепшен — его деликатность и искренняя забота создали ощущение тёплого приёма с первых минут. Он с большим вниманием отнёсся ко всем моим пожеланиям, был невероятно вежливым, обходительным и профессиональным. Благодаря ему я почувствовала себя по-настоящему желанной гостьей. Такие сотрудники — настоящее лицо отеля, и именно благодаря таким людям хочется возвращаться снова и снова.
Особая благодарность всей команде за атмосферу уюта, внимательность и безупречный сервис. Отель «Высоцкий» — это не просто высококлассное размещение, это настоящее ощущение заботы, стиля и уровня.

When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel team offering an appreciation for an incredible Junior room with a stunning view on both sides of the city. It was a real gift from each side opened a unique panoramic view that gave a special atmosphere to my rest.
