Tudo excelente e o staff super atencioso e simpático, no entanto, muito poucos funcionários nos bares/restaurantes do hotel para tantos hóspedes. O serviço era lento.

Boa tarde! Agradeço todo o vosso serviço que foi cinco estrelas. A minha apreciação menos boa na classificação acima referida, deve-se a situações que não correram bem com o próprio hotel. É a terceira vez que fico neste hotel e as duas primeiras o serviço foi muito bom. Esta ultima vez começou por me dizerem que tinha dois quartos reservados em meu nome, ao que referi ser impossível. à terceira vez que me repetiram esta afirmação, e eu continuando a referir que não poderia estar correto o que me diziam, viram que havia um erro!!! Foi-me atribuído o quarto 105 no rés-do-chão, sem condições compatíveis com o do tipo de reserva feita - quarto duplo superior! Então se tinham dois quartos reservados em meu nome, tinham-me dado a opção de o escolher, o que não foi feito; Rapidamente concluí que não poderia ter sido feito outra coisa, que o terem atribuído a reserva que me estava destinada a outro hóspede e terem esquecido de tirar o meu nome desta reserva. Daí aparecerem dois quartos! Não há outra explicação! Eu fiz o check-in no dia 20/09 e de 21 para 22, a limpeza do quarto só às 17H30 iria ser feita; como a porta do quarto teve um problema, a chave magnética não abria tanto para mim como para a senhora que arruma os quartos, a mesma disse para eu ir à receção pedir um novo cartão. Só se abriu a porta com a chave normal do hotel com fechadura, pelo que às 18H05 a senhora que arruma os quartos vinha para fazer a limpeza, ao que eu referi que àquela hora já não era necessário, porque eu estava no quarto. Houve todo um dia para o fazerem. Lembro que como hóspede que apresentou reserva do dia 20 até ao dia 22/09, não seria a hora própria de fazer a limpeza e arrumação do quarto. Fiquei triste e desanimada com a terra que me viu nascer, me ter acolhido desta forma. Apresentei reclamação escrita no livro do hotel e falei com, a que julgo ser a gerente do hotel, D. Neuza Sousa. Proceed for about 50 meters to see an eaves arch bridge, under the bridge is the hotel reception. Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces (coordinates 39.393559, -7.376018) opposite the front desk, this parking space does not need to go up and down stairs for luggage and luggage. However, if the parking is full, you can only park at the other 8 parking spaces (coordinates 39.393512, -7.375692) near the R. do Embique road down the front slope. This parking space needs to go up and down stairs for luggage. Therefore, it is recommended to check in early. If the parking space you are using is not ideal, it does not matter. When checking out, you can put your luggage on the side of the front desk first, then drive the car over to load your luggage, and then leave. Although the road will be blocked during luggage loading, everyone is like this, it does not matter, other vehicles will wait patiently. The mountain city is basically a one-way street, it is best to ask the front desk to leave the route, so as not to go the wrong way. The 24-hour front desk staff are enthusiastic, professional and satisfied. The internal facilities of the room conform to the website introduction and are comfortable. There are waiters to clean the room, take out the garbage, change the towels and make the bed every day. Satisfaction. The hot water in the shower is good and worry-free. There are no slippers in the room, please bring your own. The view and service of the hotel restaurant are very good. The breakfast is rich and high quality. Dinner is exquisite. There are two lounges, very comfortable, don’t forget to enjoy them. If you live in the building opposite the restaurant, you can go back and forth through the arch bridge, which is of great significance in rainy days. I tried the Casa do Povo restaurant in the city. The local crock-pot lamb (with pictures, easy to order) is very delicious and highly recommended. It is recommended that Marvão exit the Porta Este De Marvão city gate and go down the hill to the ancient Roman road of Portagem via the Convento de Nossa Senhora da Estrela. The trail takes about 2 hours. Most of the trails are shaded. It goes down the road, and the birds and flowers are scented. The front desk provides free trail maps to Portagem under the mountain, recommends local restaurants and provides the phone number of the taxi driver on the return journey. If you can’t get in touch, the Portagem restaurant waiters also have their own familiar taxi drivers (the return journey is about 20 Euros, acceptable), don’t worry. I tried Hotel Sever Rio e Restaurante Sever by the Portagem River. Only the tomato soup is delicious and generous, so I can recommend it.

Fiquei com a família aqui em um segundo quarto reservado neste hotel. A piscina externa era tão convidativa quando a temperatura atingiu 35 graus no início de outubro. A equipe foi super eficiente e os preços para um check-out tardio eram muito razoáveis. O hotel em si está localizado a poucos passos da cidade, com amplo estacionamento ao ar livre do lado de fora. Recomendo uma estadia aqui.

Para quem quiser desligar de rotinas, relaxar, é um excelente local. Agradável, tranquilo. Sendo celíaca, tomaram as devidas precauções e ajuste para o pequeno almoço. Muito bom.

Poderão melhorar algumas condições do edifício, bem como aspeto e cuidado com os equipamentos e serviço. Melhorar a limpeza do WC junto à piscina.
