Wrong choice. This is actually a hotel where tour groups stay. The rooms are large but the facilities are average. The shower room is still a long time ago. It is not very convenient. The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.

観光というよりホテル内でゆっくりすることを目的にここを選びました。部屋もサウナも快適でよかったです。
欠点がないホテルです。
旦那が誕生日だったので、直前にメールでケーキのオーダーを相談したら、無料で手配してくれました。ホテル一同サプライズのお手伝いをしてくれて嬉しかったです。スタッフのホスピタリティは満点以上です。
レストランも大変おいしかったです。最高の滞在でした。

The location is very good, not far from the pedestrian street commercial street, there are many places to eat in the commercial street. There is a big supermarket next to it. Breakfast is good. The parking lot is large. Insufficient, there are steps to the lobby, it is not convenient to take a big box. The elevator is on the 4th floor and it is not convenient to go up to the fifth floor to get a big box.

Facilities: The hotel has its own parking lot, which is free for guests staying in the hotel. There is a swimming pool and sauna. There is no kettle in the room and no toiletries.
Hygiene: More environmentally friendly♻️, because the daily room cleaning only cleans up the garbage, does not change the bedding and towels, and does not make the bed
Environment: Close to the town center and the gold Gondola🚡 sightseeing spot, good air and less pollution. I chose a panoramic apartment, which is large and spacious. There is a bed in the attic with a window, a sofa bed downstairs, and a balcony.
Service: There are English-speaking service staff at the front desk and restaurant. The overall feeling is great. It is better to ski in winter. If I come again, I will choose it again.
