Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia. Todos os funcionários foram acolhedores e educados. O quarto estava limpo e perfeito para as nossas necessidades como base em Kensington. Ficamos no 5º andar e não nos importamos de usar as escadas, porém, quando estávamos com as malas, teríamos preferido usar o elevador. Parecia estar fora de serviço. Um dos dois elevadores indicava que estava fora de serviço, enquanto o outro permanecia parado no 6º andar. Tirando isso, a estadia foi perfeita.

Esta acomodação é mais adequada para pessoas que não são exigentes e que buscam apenas uma opção mais barata em uma boa localização.
No geral, fiquei satisfeito com a acomodação, pois a localização era próxima ao Hyde Park e as instalações atendiam às minhas necessidades básicas. As instalações são um pouco precárias, mas são mais ou menos o que se espera para este tipo de estadia econômica, já que o ”hotel” é, na verdade, uma acomodação estudantil usada quando os estudantes não estão lá.
Estes são os quatro principais problemas que enfrentei durante a minha estadia:
CHECK-IN: Cheguei por volta das 16h30 para fazer o check-in e estava muito cheio, com uma fila enorme. Recomendo chegar mais cedo ou mais tarde para evitar o horário de pico do check-in. Houve um problema com o meu quarto, então, depois de ficar na fila por cerca de 20 minutos, tive que esperar 15 minutos para resolvê-lo. No entanto, a equipe foi simpática e claramente fez o seu melhor, com um funcionário vindo verificar se a situação havia sido resolvida e se desculpar comigo mais tarde.
LIMPEZA: Ao chegar, encontrei restos de comida na mesa e no chão do banheiro. A faxineira havia deixado um sabonete aberto da estadia anterior e não providenciou um novo. Também havia muitos cabelos longos soltos na pia e no chão do banheiro.

LOCALIZAÇÃO: A localização era ótima para chegar a pontos turísticos e há uma estação de metrô próxima. No entanto, a região é um deserto gastronômico para opções mais baratas. Se você tem orçamento limitado, talvez não encontre bons restaurantes baratos nas proximidades.
We love this hotel! Location is walkable to Battersea Power Station and really close to the park. Amenities are well maintained as well. Our only complain is only 1 lift was working during our stay. But the rest are perfect.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery.
Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel.
Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful.
When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional.
To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property.
The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall.
I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.

5. Ao cumprimentar uma determinada pessoa na porta, ela só cumprimenta os brancos de forma proativa e em outros momentos fica com uma expressão monótona!
6. Gosto muito da recepção do café da manhã e do supervisor, eles são entusiasmados e profissionais!
7. A roupa de cama mais elogiada é a cama grande de 1,8 metros, que você conhece no Reino Unido.
Localização perfeita para o aeroporto - táxi de £ 8 até o terminal 2. Quarto muito limpo. Comodidades do quarto ideais para uma estadia curta. Funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. Café da manhã razoável, chegue antes das 6h30 para garantir uma boa mesa. Há bastante variedade de opções de café da manhã.
Eu me hospedaria novamente no hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean and the location was perfect. Has great transportation links. I would say the rooms are nice but rather small. Also the hotel does not have room service or a in room phone. If you wish to contact reception you can contact them via WhatsApp. If you wish to order food then you can by ordering from the other kitchen restaurant and it will be brought to your room. This is definitely something to note when booking. However the amenities were good. Overall I would stay there again.
Ficámos no Parque Palaza Waterloo por três noites antes de Xmas, a experiência geral de ficar neste hotel foi ótima, o pessoal foi bem-vinda e amigável, o pequeno-almoço foi ótimo com várias opções, a sala estava limpa, A única parte inferior é a loção corporal no banheiro do nosso quarto, que foi esgotada e não foi subida durante a nossa estadia, mas isso não nos perturbou muito porque usamos a piscina no hotel todos os dias, havia muitos lavadores disponíveis.
A única razão PELA qual não dei 10/10 é a cama no nosso quarto, a Primavera Na matriz fazendo barulhos altos.

GGuest UserGreat service and nice staff. Currently under construction, this wasn’t apparent when I booked but made the stay a bit less luxurious, and construction noise started early some mornings. My room was also next to a back alley where glass was dropped and shattered the entire night through, making quite a lot of noise. Indicated times on the information sheet of services was often incorrect: bar closed earlier, room service stopped earlier, can’t get extra shampoo etc after 23.00
GGuest UserThe stay was very successful. Everything was great – the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff were nice and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The room was comfortable and well-equipped; the only minor complaint would be a small bit of mold in the bathroom. I definitely recommend it and would happily return.
GGuest UserIt was an amazing experience we went for my girlfriends birthday the atmosphere was amazing and the views were incredible and the buffet for breakfast was spot on i definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking to stay here. The workers was really polite and helpful to find out where everything is aswell.
RRafsana ChoudhuryCheck in experience is very chaotic. Full booking details were missing in hotel system. I.e. number of child or adult guests, number of breakfasts paid for, etc. Prepare for gbp50 deposit per room.
Room was nice with two double beds and pretty view of IFS Cloud cable cars. Location is beautiful. Local trains and buses provide easy access to all of east London. Complicated parking. Driving here is not recommended, like most of London, unfortunately.
Local dining options are expensive. Breakfast is beans on toast and repetitive every single morning. No salads prepared. Busy and chaotic dining room almost every morning. Recommend poached eggs.
Service is an area this hotel really needs to improve. Especially concierge. No help with suitcases and bags. Staff won't even bring a bucket of nice to the rooms. Guests must bring buckets from the room to the bar to collect ice cubes. Not well suited for Muslim guests. No ladies only timings in the Spa facilities. Also overpriced. Local beauty salons in Upton Park are much more affordable and comprehensive.
Overall, an nice, clean, safe hotel, but not good value for money.
EEllejyI really enjoyed my stay—everything was excellent. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and the spa was a highlight (definitely book treatments in advance).
A big thank you to the reception team for the upgrade and the lovely birthday card and cake—it was a wonderful surprise!
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

AAlberto919The location is phenomenal. Right across from the street you can find the Bakerloo Line. Room was big, clean, tidy and modern, same for the bathroom. Staff very kind and happy to help.
Swimming pool facility was very hot and sadly full of screaming children. But sauna and Turkish bath also well maintained. I would suggest to check the mold in the bathroom shower, also no soap refilled.
