We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

In order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!

The location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. The service is average, but it is okay for one or two days. Compared with the surrounding areas, it is still good. The price-performance ratio is incomparable. This is the UK.

The breakfast is the same every day, I vomited after eating, and the sheets and bed were dusty. When my friend picked me up to go to the hotel in the UK, when I checked the hotel's hygiene, I saw hair and dust on the bed. I wanted to complain at the first time, but my friend said Forget it, it doesn't make sense. The second day and the third day are still the same, I'm about to go crazy, after I reported to Trip.com customer service, the hotel staff came up and brought me a towel and it's all over 😰

The location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

ABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.

The location is very convenient. You can take bus No. 81 to many places for shopping and sightseeing. Bus No. 7 charges ￡5⃣️ There are only two stops to Xiqi Road Airport T5, and the frequency is about 20 minutes. 1 bus is from 07:00 to 23:00 in the morning. There are many places you can transfer to the subway at the airport. It would be ideal if you can have a separate toilet🤔 It is very convenient to buy food at the petrol station by walking about 3⃣️minutes👍

Very good hotel, the environment is very good, the staff service is warm and friendly. There is a small hot spring (which is actually a small swimming pool) and comes with free fruit tea and fruit. There are many places to play around, suitable for self-driving or cycling The only thing I felt a little downside was the bed was a bit small, the two of us slept a bit crowded, the introduction was a twin room but the bed was actually small Breakfast was great! highly recommended! Perfect English breakfast
