I booked very late and there was still availability. The breakfast spread was amazing. The pool and gym are small but perfect for what it is and for a short stay. The staff were also very lovely. 100% recommend!!!

The best hotel in all of Australia. The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to solve our problems. The room was very clean, far above the standards of all other hotels in Australia. The breakfast was quite varied and averagely good. A note of merit to this hotel for the presence of the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, very useful for travelers. The only hotel I would return to in Australia, I recommend it.

The hotel offered exceptional service and the room was very comfortable and facilities were great. All the extras that were included, from a complimentary drink on arrival to the 16th floor 360 degrees viewing for sunset, free canapés and snacks. Highly recommend

Perfectly acceptable hotel with a very large Swimming Pool. All staff seem pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms, modern bathrooms. Sometimes a little early morning preparation noise noticed as a lot of the rooms surround the central atrium with reception down below, but then I am a fairly light sleeper!

O tamanho Da sala era decente e limpo, e as coxas eram demasiado altas para UMA mulher pequena e não consegui dormir. O pedido de ter camas duplas foi satisfeito, MAS as camas só foram separadas quando estamos no quarto, o que FOI difícil ficar à volta por 10 a 15 minutos num quarto que não é muito grande. Continuamos a ter de nos deslocar para que a nossa casa possa dividir a cama EM casal.

This hotel was mentioned by a local taxi driver as old and needed renovations. This we found to be untrue, our room was modern with fairly new facilities, it was very clean, neat and tidy. A great location and the staff are very helpful.

The cabins are excellent, spacious with a vaulted wooden ceiling, comfy bed, good shower and spotlessly clean. It is quiet and 20-25 mins walk from the centre of Alice Springs. The reception staff were very helpful and there is a locked room for luggage storage.

Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season. The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness. Hotel restaurant food expensive unless gambling and apparently would have great discount. Room service was good and value for money. Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights . Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

Free WiFi which isn’t the best but does work, no other amenities in the rooms except shampoo/conditioner. Clean rooms not much tv option and the rooms do not block out much noise can hear everything that’s goes on in the halls.

Struttura piuttosto sporca, anche nelle camere (che sono abbastanza grandi) (Room and motel was quite dirty) Bene la colazione compresa (Good breakfast) Motel comodo in Katherine per raggiungere i posti vicini (ma il paese è oggettivamente molto piccolo). (Good position, but Katherine is quite small)
