Overall satisfied. Facilities, cleanliness, staff service, etc. The first visitor can spend a comfortable time without any complaints to point out. It is a hotel recommended for those looking for a hotel near State College.

Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view.
One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.

Was a great price for what I needed, included breakfast and had coffee and hot chocolate in reception at any time! Reception staff was lovely and beyond helpful.

We went to a local event and decided to stay the night before heading home. We've stayed at other Country Inn and Suites (In Roanoke VA.) and were please with the stay. This Inn is a little bit older, but for the most part clean and comfortable. We would have no problem staying again. We didn't have much interaction with the hotel staff, but what little there was ...was fine.

The service is average, and the room facilities are old, especially the air conditioner, which is very old and rusty in some places. The pillows are small and there are no long pillows. The bathroom is relatively clean, the coffee machine is small and mini but not very clean. The room is larger than 13 square meters, it is larger. The breakfast is really average, there are too few things to eat. When eating, the waiter sprayed detergent on the table next to him to wipe the table, which felt very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

When we made our reservation in trip.com we pay for 6 person (2 adults and 4 children's ). And when we arrived the person in the reception told us that our room is for 4 pepole,and if we want to add 2 more (1 bed and 1 baby crib) we will need to pay then an extra charge (20$). I was very disappointed because I already payed for 6 person.trip.com You need to sync your system with the hotel.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the Windsor Suites. Location wise, it’s a 5 minute walk to the City Hall and within walking distance to different establishments. There’s restaurants at the lobby as well. The room was VERY spacious— it had a walk-in closet room with an iron and an ironing board. It had a kitchen space with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils! The room was clean and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Philly.

GGuest UserThe check in man(so sorry I can't remember his name) was very kind, even coming to our room when I couldn't get the tv to work.
Cleaning staff seemed very friendly and did a great job as the room was very clean.
Even though right next to the highway the noise in the room was minimal!.
There was free coffee In the morning but NOTHING EISE. ALSO no water provided, since the tap water tasted odd, MUST BRING YOUR OWN.

GGuest UserFront desk service was welcoming and accommodating. We were worried we might not make it to the checkin deadline. But the receptionist noted our situation and made sure we were able to have a room. The receptionist was informative on what the Inn offer such as breakfast and events.

MMichelleMy wife and I stayed here instead of the Red roof inn because of gas. The pricing was a little higher but overall the hotel rooms are nice and spacious. The one problem I would give, is the staff is hard to get to do anything when you need help with something!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and the front desk representatives were friendly and gave really good suggestions of where to visit. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and transportation was accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
