The Hampton Inn in Farmington is lovely. It is clean, the staff is friendly, we felt safe during our stay, well lit parking, various breakfast options, although I would have liked to see non dairy milks for coffee/tea/cereal. Kudos to Jay at the front desk, he's professional, friendly and courteous. Thank you for a safe stay.

Room was clean, free breakfast is always a plus although I skipped out on it, check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely would stay again

This hotel is very special. The lobby is a bookstore from the English period. It is very cozy and has no commercial flavor. The guests here are also very polite. They come and go quietly or sit there to read. The room is very large, decorated in the French style of the English colonial period, with elegant blue tones. The bathroom is surprisingly large, and the kettle for boiling water is also very unique. I totally recommend friends to stay and experience it. Next to it is the Art Gallery and Yale U, which are within walking distance. Love it!

The hotel is very quiet, has a strong sense of design, is full of school elements, has complete facilities, and the staff are very enthusiastic. I love the fresh air around the hotel and the sweet air indoors. I like every aspect of it. It is a good start for my trip to the United States!

Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

This hotel was nice. The bed in our room was very uncomfortable though. It was a king that slumped in the middle. Also didn’t like that there was no continental breakfast.

This was exactly! What I needed! The establishment was decorated beautifully for the Holidays when I walked in! Staff Josie whom I had spoken to on the phone to confirm,was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, and spacious. Bed was Sooo comfortable. I utilized the amenities, pool ,(heated) and sauna, and gym, and topped it off with breakfast in the AM! As you can see,,I was very satisfied! Thanks for asking!🌹

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly. Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere. All staff were very kind and service minded.

Excellent hotel, unique experience there, great room. Overall I would say it’s the best hotel in Hartford

The facility was lackluster at best. It used to be great. Eco friendly was claimed for not doing daily room service. Hypocritical. There were paper plates, plastic serve where, and poorly working HVAC units.  The organization was simply looking to cut down on costs. Similarly, I’ve seen better breakfasts at hotels that cost half as much. Vents in the bathrooms were nonfunctional. The window could only be closed from the outside. I look forward to posting this on yelp unless you make amends.
