Hotéis Pet friendly em Lisbon District, Portugal

The hotel is located in a very convenient place where we can go to the yellow train line easily, and also there is a convenient store right in front of the hotel, the staff were so nice and helpful too, a very nice stay for me at this hotel.

Nice staff, they were very friendly. The room was clean. We selected two single beds as our preference. The receptionist asked us if we wanted two single beds as the bed was made to be a double bed. They were willing to separate the bed for us.

**First time in Portugal**, and we chose the Hilton hotel as we were confident in their service. Indeed, we were not wrong. Friendly staff explained everything thoroughly. We arrived a bit early, but they prepared the room for us. The location is very convenient: **Lisbon is just a 30–40 minute taxi ride away**, and other attractions are also nearby. The rooms are cozy and clean. **Complimentary water** is provided. Breakfasts are delicious.

Lots of weird quirks with the room. The sink kept gurgling every 40 seconds. The whole room’s lights and blinds resets anytime someone leaves the room (with the key still in). Lights that need to be turned and aligned exactly to turn off (no buttons). Otherwise, happy that there’s free refilled coffee pods and a steamer iron in the room. Place is gorgeous otherwise!

This hotel should not be rated as 5 stars, it is definitely misleading by Trip.com! ! ! Almost 3 stars, 4 stars service. This hotel is not a star on Booking. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel. The room is really big, the decoration is very beautiful, full of court style. But the main entrance of the hotel is on a small hillside, you need to walk up the steps, and you will pass a whole row of trash cans. (Picture 1-3) Then, there is no elevator in the hotel, all take the stairs, the whole hotel is about 6 or 7 suites. Very small size, not to mention gym and pool facilities. The service is very good, the waiter will help carry the luggage to your room, breakfast is also prepared by the waiter, one person, there is freshly squeezed juice on the day, a variety of bread, cheese, ham, eggs and yogurt, very delicate, not enough to continue, but not the kind of hotel buffet. In general, it is not up to the 5-star standard. If you look forward to the supporting facilities and facilities of a 5-star hotel like us, don't choose this one. If you want to experience the court-style room, you can choose.

To be honest the moment we arrived to the street it is located we were far from amazed: it looked old, full of graffities and quite poor, but it turn out to be very safe, convenient (full of small food and hygine stores), next to the oldes tram line (one of the city attractions) and just a walk up to the historical part of Lisbon. The hotel itself is what you may expect: small but adequate rooms without air conditioning (truth to be told, the fan was more than enough even in August) and the shared bathrooms were way better than I thought, one per 2-3 rooms, big and very clean. Considering how fxxxx expensive the hotels in Lisbon are, this one is a good option.
