Everything was almost okay during my stay. However, I faced an issue with the charging port. I had come from London, and my plug was not compatible with the socket in the room. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue that same day, so I had some difficulty. The next day, the problem I sorted. I especially want to mention Leonardo, who truly tried his best to help at his level. John was also very supportive and kind. Overall, I left with a smile. Special thanks to both of them — especially Leonardo — for his amazing service and genuine effort to assist

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful. Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.

Despite the distance from the Terma, the location is excellent - 50 pleasant walk on the central street or the embankment. Pacific area. Very delicious breakfast from fresh food. There is a parking lot. A nice shower gel does not dry the skin. For such price it is better not to find. Excellent feedback administrators

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was not so good that we expected. First of all we were provided with the number on the 2d floor right next to the kitchen room. The staff started the preparation for the breakfast at about 6 am and we heard all the corespondent noise, and moreover at 7am ppl joined and the noise started getting louder :). But everything would be ok if the night club was not located right on the first floor, all nights from 9pm until 4am we listened the club deep house etc :) and you have only 2 hours to sleep before the breakfast party :) So, to summarize, in case you plan to stay at this hotel be sure you’re not on the second floor ;) P.S. there’re no fridge and drinking water in the rooms, in case it’s important for you ;)

MILAN及びCOMOの間のターミナルでSARONNO駅があります。そこから枝分かれして、いくつか路線があるりますが、SARONNO駅からタクシーで30ユーロ程度。 最寄りの駅はMOZZATE駅でSARONNO駅から2つ目です。MOZATTE駅からは1km徒歩15分程。かなりローカルで工業団地内にあるホテルで近隣にはレストランはなく、1-1.5km離れたところに複数レストランがあります。15－20分程度の徒歩が苦にならない方には、都会の喧騒からかけ離れた場所で、私は嫌いではありません。都会及びMXP空港近隣のホテルは全て値上がりし、昨今の円安で2万円声のホテルが多い中、1万円程度で朝食がついており、コストパフォーマンスは高いです。近隣の田舎町のピザ屋に2日連続で伺いました。初めて日本人が来たみたいで、写真を撮らせてほしいのとその写真をソーシャルメディアに上げたいとのことで、快諾した結果、ピザを1枚サービスで下さいました。都会ではスリとかぼったくりとか色々言われますが、片田舎では、人の温かさがとても癒されます。 10日程の欧州出張の半分ほどを超えたところで、こちらのホテルを利用しましたが、近隣に中華料理屋もあり、久しぶりにお米を食べれて安堵しました。 一方ホテルといえば、コストなりの評価ですが、1万円では多くを望めませんが、寝るだけなら十分と思います。ただ、朝食時以外は従業員は1人で回しており、客が重なったり、問題が発生すると対応は遅くなります。割り切って考え、都会の喧騒から逃れたい人は、利用価値はあると思います。

Exceptionally close walking distance from Milano Centrale, overall it’s convenient and with a small grocery store just around the corner. But I feel like this area is less safe as some people are wandering and just standing on the street. (IMO I feel Via Napo Torriani area is safer) Other than this, the room is spacious, minimal & clean, and the bed was comfy enough too. The hotel provided free luggage storage for the day check in & out, and kudos I was able to early check in too. Overall still a pleasant stay. (Picture was taken by the time I checking out)

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing. The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible. I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances. A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.

The room wasn't big, but it was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The room layout was reasonable, and I could open a 26-inch and a 24-inch suitcase side by side. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The variety wasn't huge, but the quality was good. It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station, but it was a bit tiring to drag the suitcase along the old road.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Alexander, who provided a warm welcome and showed great professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. His friendly behaviour made a big difference. The staff were attentive, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great staffs. Friendly and helpful. Limited parking on side hotel. But there is public parking near by. Location is close to the city center. 15-20 minutes walking distance. The bed is too soft.
