飯店強調環保政策，所以什麼都要收錢，什麼不提供，連內部基本給房客喝水的杯子什麼的均缺少要自己去附近的LiDl買，不然您別想喝水，哈！ 房間電源開關反人類，一點都不靈敏，要在黑暗中等待光明，另外房內提供的冰箱和暖氣都把插頭拔掉，要房客自己想辦法插回去，不然您沒冰箱沒暖氣沒空調可以使用，這點實在辜負它新裝修的強調。 特別一提的是，2/17晚上的服務員愛說冷笑話，空調不動以及冰箱沒電，都只會告訴您“義大利本來就是什麼都是慢慢慢慢的”，實際狀況卻是飯店把所有電源插頭都拔掉了，需要房客自己把電器搬開插電才能用，無妨，只要不是殘障，您可以自己發掘問題並解決它。 唯一優點是，早餐廳的服務與供餐很好，吃的很飽，2/18早餐廳黑頭髮的女性服務員態度很好且服務態度極佳，建議飯店方好好獎勵她，畢竟這是飯店整體很奇特的前提下，唯一符合正常飯店入住的，務必要獎勵她，飯店的一切不合理實際更襯托她的好！

Location is very near to the bologna centrale station ~ 5 mins away. Good especially if you’re lugging a lot of luggages but quite a walk away from the main piazza shopping area ~ took us around 15-20 mins. Room provides 3in1 cappucino and milk creamer! Not all hotels provide these. There are English Tv channels. There is pillow menu even! Room is clean, kettle is cleaned sparkly too. Toilet light went faulty during our stay; flickering. We called reception to inform and she was supposed to call us back to let us know if their technician was still around at work to come and fix it or not but she may have forgotten to return us back the call. Checking out the next day so we didn’t bother but for guests staying longer you may have to call back reception to check….

Il personale, ha dato la massima disponibilità e collaborazione, nota vincente della struttura, camere piccolissime, da ristrutturare, aria condizionata con molti capricci forse per mia sfortuna, manca servizio di pensione completa, o mezza pensione, con l'estate torrida di questi anni, è un vero problema i ristoranti esterni ci sono e anche vicini, ma con strutture aperte, oltre il pranzo la sauna è assicurata, cena e pranzo un incubo per chi soffre il caldo come me. Ringrazio tutto lo staff per aver cercato di attenuare i disagi della struttura.

What a lovely hotel in a beautiful location where stepping out is into fresh air with the scent of pine trees. Really loved my stay! Staff were super friendly. Just marked down on amenities as the restaurant was closed, but staff recommended restaurants for dine-in or delivery.

O quarto individual é um pouco pequeno. Sugiro reservar um quarto duplo, mesmo que esteja viajando sozinho. Meu quarto no térreo não era muito silencioso e o cofre não funcionava. Mas o atendimento foi excelente! Os funcionários foram super simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã é fantástico, com muitas opções. A localização é perfeita, a uma curta caminhada do centro da cidade.

Acomodação em viagem de trabalho. Como sempre impecável, desde a recepção à limpeza, das quartos ao pequeno-almoço. Todos perfeitos. Bom rácio de qualidade preço. Localização a dois passos do mar e do aquário. Recomendado

Recentemente fiquei num hotel em Bologna e tive uma experiência muito positiva.A localização é excelente, tornando-o conveniente para explorar a cidade ou assistir a reuniões de negócios. As quartos são bem concebidas, limpos e confortáveis, embora possam ter sido um pouco mais quentes para mim. O pessoal foi profissional, eficiente e sempre pronto para assistir, o que acrescentou à experiência geral. É uma escolha ideal para uma viagem de negócios ou uma curta estadia de dias de lazer na região 2-3. Eu recomendaria muito a qualquer pessoa que procurasse um equilíbrio de conforto, conveniência e profissionalismo!

A nice hotel, with a clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was really nice with various options especially sweet ones. I would stay there once again.

Sehr gutes Frühstück von netten Menschen gerichtet, bad ok mein Handtuch hat einen Faden gezogen . Und die Betten weich da hat als gepasst👍

Lovely hotel, we stayed there for 2 nights but it had everything you ned for a comfortable stay.Close to the station and bus stop. Breakfast was excellent and the Room was lovely
