Housekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed.
The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar.
In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !

Unmatched staff! Every person was pleasant and kind. It is great for families with kids as there are activities and plenty of recreational spaces. The staff do a good job of cleaning but the humidity creates a musty smell. Perhaps something the hotel can deal with. Airport pick up and drop off should be free (it isn’t though). We would go back because of the welcoming staff and ambience.

I liked everything very much) the breakfast, of course, is a bit meager for a European, but overall there was something to eat) the rooms are great, and the private beach is just awesome. The staff is 1000/10, at night they helped me call a taxi to the airport! In general - for its price you won't find better, I recommend it to everyone)

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

It is a great place to stay if you are traveling to kottayam by train around 4.5 km away from kottayam railway station.
Besides, it is an Ayurvedic clinic as mean, it is affiliated to the clinic they offer post natal and detox, etc.. refer the web ”Deemahi Ayurveda” for deeper insights.
Decent stay for 3 people in room coming to cleanliness it's good .

*Base9 Restaurant* was the most beautiful resort that I stayed ever.
The staffs showed a very great hospitality towards us.
The wash room was quite good compared to other restaurants.
The items (Dental set, Shaving set, Shampoos,oils,moisturizer) for daily usage was available right there.
In short I recommend all of the people to stay there because it was almost close to the Chochin International Airport.
The atmosphere was very clam and good. We could just enjoy our night there.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good.
Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.

GGuest UserIt was nice and exotic location. Good room and site. Approach road is very bad shape. Hotel staff need to trained for skill level up to a star rated resort. No cafeteria, and lack of buffet is shortcomings though we can understand due to less occupancy. Hotel need more guest friendly approach while less occupancy. Other facilities are good. But not in proper maintenance. Good location and exotic sight seeing.
