Ao chegarmos, disseram-nos que o Aircon não estava trabalhando nessa sala, embora tenhamos reservado de Volta EM Maio, podemos fornecer o fã. No terceiro andar, o elevador não NOS traz para o nível do solo. O pequeno-almoço era caótico Como um hotel cheio... não prestava atenção suficiente para encher comida para OS hóspedes. Quando fomos para o checkout, a senhora estava calma. Fiquei aqui duas vezes antes, MAS não posso dizer que este tempo ficou impressionado com a atitude do pessoal no arrependimento, não pedimos desculpas pelo inconveniente do Aircon, não sequer disseram sobre o elevador enquanto ficamos no terceiro andar.

It is exactly what it says on the tin! A budget hotel. We’re used to staying in Travelodge, Premier Inn and Holiday Inn but this was by far the most basic of them all. Odd set up of bathroom facilities in room. Sink and mirror in the bedroom and then straight into the shower from the bedroom too, leading to a bit of a flood of water coming into the bedroom when getting in and out of the shower. Toilet was in a separate closet. Tight squeeze at the end of the bed to get to the other side. Clean but small. Made our inside cruise cabin look massive in comparison. Breakfast is included but it is a very basic continental offering. 3 cereals, bread for toasting, mini croissants and pain au chocolat, cheese, ham, jam and marmalade.

Stay here a few weeks and had a much better experience. Checkin told we are full and you have to take a twin bed. Then asked to pay, however I had already prepaid. The room had a window which was an internal view. Bath struggled to stay filled as issue with plug. The light above the bath flashed on and off for a while then stayed off. The attiutide from reception was poor, we are full , nothing we can do!

Basic but clean and very convenient for M3/A34 etc. Good service at check in. Quiet room. Shower good; everything clean. Very good value for money.

Hotel was clean, and handy location for the station. The room was quiet and although no A/C, a fan provided was quite adequate even though it was a very hot day. Bathroom a bit tired though.

Pleasant room. Only stayed for 8 hours in total, so did not use any of the hotel amenities. Decor is looking a little worn but far from outdated and dilapidated. Bedroom was a fair size and tidy. Tea/coffee supplies, bottled water, hairdryer, iron, soap/shampoo/shower gel. The only thing thing letting the stay down was the bed. The frame felt a little unstable and the mattress felt very ‘bouncy’ and cheap. I still managed to sleep ok but I have slept in much more comfortable beds at basic hotels. Overall, for the amount I paid, it was well worth the stay.

the location is really good.. the cleaning is also the same.. make sure your room has a window 🪟. I didn't notice this detail.. but the beds are flexible.. there is no toilet bowl or broom for the toilet and shampoo was scarce..

So I went there on Thursday 18th- Sunday 21st January. Myself and my husband got there and was greeted very politely by a lovely lady at the reception. We got to the room and was happy with everything. The only downside to the hotel is they don’t have dining services but there is a spoons next door. The staff are delightful and especially to the lady on Thursday (I can’t remember her name) and the 2 receptionists working on Thursday night :)
