Have always wanted to stay here. Sadly it's very dated in places. The first room I checked into was cold, it appeared that the heating was not working. Was offered blankets or change rooms. Opted to change room. 2nd room was unbearably hot but felt I couldn't complain again. Only one of the two small windows opened and the radiator had no controls to turn it down. The reception gave me no directions to get to either room location the hotel is a maze. Door staff on security were good and welcoming when getting back early in the morning and this was reassuring. Reception staff on check out were kind and happy to store our bags in the luggage room while we wandered round Bournemouth. For less than £50 for a Saturday night hotel it was as I expected.

Amazing location with a spacious room and balcony, the breakfast is also wonderful with fresh homemade bread and offering a lot of amities introduction from the spa and fork and spoon cafe. We have a good time oh and the car park with overnight special offer

Nada luxuoso, mas estávamos procurando um lugar para passar a noite enquanto visitávamos pessoas. Todos os lugares eram muito caros, mas então surgiu uma oferta especial! Ótimo custo-benefício para o que precisávamos, e o ponto positivo foi um buffet de café da manhã muito bom. :-)

Eu fiquei no hotel Heathlands ontem à noite e tive as melhores noites de sono de todos os tempos, pois a cama era muito confortável e a roupa de cama também era confortável e o edredom não era muito grosso o banheiro era muito limpo e arrumado, mas pequeno o restaurante estava fechado mas você poderia pedir comida no bar, o que eu fiz, eu comi peixe com batatas fritas e ervilhas, o que foi ok, mas não de boa qualidade, pois o peixe estava muito crocante, mas era razoável para o preço, mas eu não gostei, o bar estava muito silencioso, então levei minhas bebidas para o meu quarto, que era 126 e eu definitivamente teria aquele quarto novamente no geral, tive uma boa estadia e um bom sono

Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.

Atravessar a Baixa de hóspedes de Bournemouth, ficar num belo pequeno hotel de spa com piscina aquecida, sauna e jacuzzi, o tempo perfeito para desfrutar da praia, que está apenas a 5 minutos a pé do hotel. O pequeno-almoço era lindo, continental, Mais comida quente e teve UMA brisa inglesa muito saborosa para começar o dia, Muito agradável e ficaria de novo

O quarto não era o que eu esperava pelo preço. A cama era extremamente desconfortável e a pressão da água do chuveiro no banheiro era horrível. Tivemos um chuveiro melhor na piscina coberta do outro hotel. Alguns funcionários foram muito simpáticos, mas outros foram rudes. Tirando isso, a localização era perfeita.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

This is a two star hotel and once you remember that, you know that it is awesome. Clean comfortable and a nice location. Staff are friendly and helpful and really a credit to the hotel. This is my first choice when I stay in Bournemouth again and I will now look for the Travelodge brand more widely. Thanks.

Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.
