We arrived into Chester a good few hours before check in so wanted to ask if we could store our luggage, however our room was ready so we were told we could check in right away! (Great start!) We were also upgraded at a discount price (nice little touch there) The exterior is stunning, the revolving door (possibly my favourite part of the hotel haha) and grand staircase were just stunning! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had cut my finger earlier in the day, it kept reopening and one of the staff was very helpful in getting me wipes and extra plasters as I’d ran out. The room itself was gorgeous!! We had a view of the back gardens which looked so nice with the autumn leaves! The bed was large and comfortable! I would love to know where to buy the pillows!! I HATE climbing stairs but they were just too grand not too. We didn’t eat in the hotel but we did have a drink in the bar whilst we waited for a friend and it was lovely. The food looked delicious. The one and only issue I had was the strange humming/buzz at night which made it difficult to drift off to sleep. However, I did bring earplugs and should have used them so that’s on me haha! Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Chester!

A great stay! Excellent value for money, friendly staff and a great location. I would 100% recommend to anyone! I am fairly local to the area so knew of this hotel, but I stayed because i had my mum come over for the weekend. She enjoyed it just as much as I did, so thank you for making her trip up her one to remember! I will definitely stay here again next time she is up here.

Quando EU usei a piscina, estava praticamente vazia.Adoro que ele estivesse aberto até às 9h, porque significava que EU podia nadar depois de um Longo dia. A sala era grande e espaçosa, só no fundo do chuveiro não era grande, não havia muita energia e a água estava demasiado quente, poderia ter feito com o ar con ou até um fã, porque estava cheio de calor Na noite. Caso contrário, era UMA estadia agradável

I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. Fiquei aqui duas vezes antes e estava satisfeito com a experiência. Infelizmente, desta vez, tive de mudar a sala, porque as cortinas estavam a descer e não estavam fechadas. A sala de substituição que me deram cheirou de suor e suor. Além de que o hotel é bonito e a preços razoáveis.O estacionamento é bom.A limpeza deve ser prioritária para melhorar a experiência

The first arranged room in 311, the toilet seat cover is broken. And the next room was a dog kept barking. The reception staff rearranged another room for us shortly, their attitude is really good. But the room rearranged to 223 is in the basement, the air circulation is really not good, you can smell the strong pet smell in the hallway. And I can see the 3rd floor lift lobby had dog poo. To be honest, they were doing a dog exhibition, but they are not really well organized to avoid all the inconveniences caused. That’s not really fair to the customers who don’t expect those scenarios.
