Well placed for our stopover from Cheshire to Macclesfield. It all looked like new - facilities very good. Would certainly stay here again

We arrived into Chester a good few hours before check in so wanted to ask if we could store our luggage, however our room was ready so we were told we could check in right away! (Great start!) We were also upgraded at a discount price (nice little touch there) The exterior is stunning, the revolving door (possibly my favourite part of the hotel haha) and grand staircase were just stunning! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had cut my finger earlier in the day, it kept reopening and one of the staff was very helpful in getting me wipes and extra plasters as I’d ran out. The room itself was gorgeous!! We had a view of the back gardens which looked so nice with the autumn leaves! The bed was large and comfortable! I would love to know where to buy the pillows!! I HATE climbing stairs but they were just too grand not too. We didn’t eat in the hotel but we did have a drink in the bar whilst we waited for a friend and it was lovely. The food looked delicious. The one and only issue I had was the strange humming/buzz at night which made it difficult to drift off to sleep. However, I did bring earplugs and should have used them so that’s on me haha! Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Chester!

Fiquei aqui duas vezes antes e estava satisfeito com a experiência. Infelizmente, desta vez, tive de mudar a sala, porque as cortinas estavam a descer e não estavam fechadas. A sala de substituição que me deram cheirou de suor e suor. Além de que o hotel é bonito e a preços razoáveis.O estacionamento é bom.A limpeza deve ser prioritária para melhorar a experiência

Beautiful hotel with plenty of free parking for guests. Friendly welcome, thank you for making my husbands 50th a special stay! Highly recommend.

This hotel was good enough for the money, only thing I found is that the shower is very weak but for the price point it was okay.

I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday. The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now. The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food. Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice. It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there

Room clean, nice leisure centre, only staff in the bar and restaurant for beer or breakfast both look very rough and keep chit chat without serving customers, we stay there in front of them for more 8 mins to wait for their two staffs finished their conversation.
