Hotéis Pet Friendly em Occitanie, France

We had an excellent stay at Grand hotel. It is literally the very centre of the city which meant we could walk everywhere. In the square outside, there were sometimes events going on which we enjoyed watching from our room. We got a suite which had a beautiful bathroom. It was very clean and tidy.

Goed basis hotel. Verzorgd. Weinig in de buurt en dus savonds niet veel te doen. Wij hadden wel slechte wifi die maar geen verbinding wou maken. Voor de rest aanrader als tussenstop.

Will recommend due with convenience location. It’s very close to the Grotto of Lourdes the main attraction. But hotel is very old and mouldy in bathroom window. I a breakfast, I went down nearly 10 for breakfast and already finished I was told. But still charge me 10 euro. I tried to requested a crossaint I was told all finished. And nothing left , apart from square brown bread baguettes. I said I don’t eat baguettes it’s hard. Reception told whatever is there that’s all they got. He charged for 9 euro for 2 slices of brown bread and a cup of coffee. Not happy ☹️

Понравилось обслуживание в отеле, сотрудники на ресепшене и горничные доброжелательные, отзывчивые, нацелены на помощь и поддержку, местоположение отеля отличное - пляжи рядом, рестораны вокруг, рядом аренда велосипедов. В номере было тихо. Вайфай стабильный. Красивый закат из окна) На балконе стол и 2 стула - можно и сушить вещи, и завтракать с красивыми видами. Этаж 4. Понравилась идея с электрическими жалюзи. Удобная кровать.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur du centre ville de Montpellier et proche de la gare. L'accueil était professionnel et agréable. La chambre était bien équipée.

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

je devais prendre la chambre à 16 h mais personne a la réception il a fallu que j’attente 45 mn pour récupérer ma clés de chambre de plus hôtel très vieillissant plusieurs petits problèmes mais rien de grave je ni retournerai plus c sur

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.

O hotel fica a apenas 12 minutos da estação de trem, o que foi importante para mim, pois cheguei tarde e fiz o check-out mais cedo. O café da manhã é realmente incrível - tem de tudo, você pode tomá-lo na área interna ou externa. O quarto é bem diferente e tem uma opção de luz vermelha.
