The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!

Close to the center of Leipzig, it is very convenient to meet friends and go shopping. Leipzig has the charm of German architecture. It is convenient to eat, live and travel, like it here

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Family room with two double beds, the family is really comfortable to travel The decoration of the room is low-key and elegant, and it is quiet at night. Sleep well. Breakfast is full, breakfast on the river bank view I like this hotel very much and I like Maison very much.

The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station. The room is clean, and the bathroom has a bathtub. There's a shopping mall next door with daily necessities. Regarding food - there are Vietnamese restaurants nearby (English is spoken). The pho is good, and there are many Germans there in the evening, so it's recommended to eat early. Along this street, you can visit a century-old church, and there are large shopping malls along the way. The Marriott is a good hotel. Based on my frequent business trips to various countries - I made the right choice this time. If you don't understand the German menu, you can use online translation.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast was very varied and also very quality very good. The spa and wellness area invites to relax, even for small children the smaller pool is ideal for planning as the water temperature is pleasant here.

The hotel architecture is integrated with the style of the city. It should be a place with history and stories, but it must have been rebuilt after the war. The hotel has a certain scale. Although the floor is not high, it looks like it has a certain area. The facilities such as bars, shops and gyms are complete. The lobby is not small, and the breakfast is quite rich. The room I booked is cheap, so there is no view, but the room is quite large, the bed is also large and soft, but the pillow is a bit thin and soft. The room also has a refrigerator, coffee machine, and slippers, which is really good. The price is not too high, the cost performance is super good, and it is highly recommended.

Hotel Review – Hotel Ocidental Dresden Newa I recently stayed at Hotel Ocidental Dresden Newa, and while the property benefits from a central location in the inner city, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel’s greatest advantage is indeed its proximity to the city center, allowing convenient access to major attractions and public transportation. However, aside from this, the stay was overshadowed by several shortcomings. Firstly, the amenities were very limited, and the guest room itself appeared dated and somewhat worn, reflecting the age of the hotel. This left an impression of tiredness rather than comfort. The most concerning issue, however, relates to the parking situation. The hotel advertises that it offers its own parking facilities, yet in reality, this is not the case. Guests are required to use a public parking facility nearby, which is misleading and highly inconvenient. This information should be corrected immediately, as it creates false expectations for visitors arriving by car. Additionally, the area in front of the hotel is consistently overcrowded with parked vehicles, often blocking arriving guests from accessing the entrance or unloading luggage during check-in. This further contributed to a frustrating arrival experience. In conclusion, while the central location is undeniably practical, the limited amenities, outdated rooms, misleading information about parking, and poorly managed entrance area significantly detract from the overall quality of the stay. I would strongly recommend the management address these issues to ensure a more accurate representation of the hotel and a better experience for future guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room in Adina Hotel. The room was very large, estimated to be about 40 square meters. The room equipment is very high-end, including an electronically controlled stove, a built-in oven, a dishwasher and a front-loading washing machine. The TV has many channels and rich programs. The decoration of the room is very new, probably only about 2 years ago. The hotel is very close to Leipzig train station, and it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk with your suitcase. The hotel's room service is also good. I will choose hotels with the same name in other cities in the future.
