Hotéis Pet friendly em Zhejiang, China

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste resort, que oferece arquitetura e decoração deslumbrantes, uma convidativa piscina ao ar livre e excelentes e relaxantes fontes termais. Uma menção especial a Max Gu, o funcionário da recepção, que fala inglês fluentemente e é excepcionalmente gentil e prestativo - um verdadeiro trunfo para receber hóspedes internacionais. Algumas coisas precisam ser melhoradas: toalhas de banho eram bastante usadas e a estação de ovos do café da manhã era muito lenta, indicando a necessidade de mais funcionários para ajudar a acelerar o serviço.

Fica aqui 3 noites, gostaria que pudéssemos ficar Mais tempo.O hotel é Como um retrato.Bom pátio, sente-se relaxado UMA vez que você Passa PELA porta da frente.O Pessoal é Muito bonito, incluindo o gato Fu Gui 😄.A sala TEM decoração e instalações modernas. O pequeno-almoço de buffet TEM todos OS tipos de comida deliciosa.  A Shaoxing e o arredores têm realmente muita coisa a ver. É uma boa ideia ficar alguns dias, levar o seu tempo para explorar e relaxar em Dongyueli. Eu gostaria de voltar.

Hotéis incríveis Na parte antiga de Jiaxing.Passei duas noites aqui EM UMA sala com janela para OS canais (ao lado mais tranquilo).A sala de fitness é Muito modesta, MAS o hotel é grande, o pessoal é amigável, a localização é perfeita e o pequeno-almoço também não é mau. Eu recomendo a outros. Eu fiz UMA viagem de barco por recomendação útil do pessoal.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach.

Escolhemos este lugar para uma mini-férias de aniversário e, para nossa surpresa, as atenções do hotel superaram em muito as nossas expectativas. Não só nos fizeram um upgrade atencioso para um quarto com uma vista espetacular, mas o que mais me tocou foi descobrir, ao entrar no quarto, que o hotel já tinha preparado uma linda decoração de aniversário para nós: balões festivos, luzes cintilantes, e até dobraduras para o bolo feitas pela equipa. Além disso, para o bebé, encontrámos a cama carinhosamente preparada com roupa de cama de desenhos animados. Cada detalhe revelava a genuína atenção e o apreço do hotel. Esta não foi apenas uma estadia, mas sim uma experiência de aniversário inesquecível. Obrigado à vossa equipa atenciosa por nos ter proporcionado um aniversário tão caloroso e especial, mesmo estando longe de casa. Recomendo vivamente!

Review: we find very pleasant the stay in the Hyatt Centric, specially they are amazing with dogs , our dog has been welcome for everyone , the new room is very bright and clean, the hotel is amazing and we really recommend it. 1. Location: GOOD (3mins Walk to Xitang Ancient Town Entrance & 10mins walk to nearby Restaurant), 2. Amenities: GOOD (Nice Garden for Yoga-ing), 3. Service: BELOW AVERAGE (Replied the Staff via WeChat on Seasonal Sweet Soup delivery timing but ultimately informed it’s running out unavailable), 4. Others: Room booking inclusive of Cocktail & Hanfu experience photography were the Vendors inside Xitang Ancient Town where the later just those very old costumes for FREE digital photo x 5 5. Experience of Stay: BELOW AVERAGE (large room for Frontline Service Staff to improve its service to be more organized delivery of items inclusive in the booking & check-in Processes not to miss out), 6. Overall: AVERAGE (Frontline Service Staff, Ms. XIA & Room Service Manager have recognized their shortcomings & promised to make remedial action but still failed to deliver by the reason of too busy as mentioned by the Frontline Service Team)

The most surprising thing about this trip to Anji is this homestay, the overall experience far exceeds expectations! ✅ Facilities and Environment: The homestay is a Huizhou Zen style, the architecture and natural landscape are just right, the overall environment is quiet and elegant, very suitable for relaxing vacation. Newly opened in 2026, the facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious and bright, the private hot springs, tennis courts and other facilities are complete, pet-friendly, and the manual and scripture reading experience meets the multiple needs of leisure, sports, tea tasting and healing. ✅ Food & beverage: The afternoon tea and coffee drinks provided are online, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the configuration of the double breakfast is very intimate. The butler service is thoughtful and meticulous, the check-in guidelines are clear, the response is timely, the whole service is warm and the sense of proportion, and the experience is very good. ✅ Geographical location: It is only 2.5 kilometers away from the National Archaeological Site Park of Anji Ancient City by car. It is convenient to travel, the surrounding environment is quiet, and it is away from the hustle and bustle. It is a great choice for vacation relaxation. Overall, whether it is a couple outing, a small gathering of friends or a family trip, I highly recommend this homestay and it is worth staying again!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very welcoming. There's a shuttle service from the pier, and the hotel is right next to Puji Temple, making it very convenient for getting around. There's also a commercial street nearby with plenty of dining options, from budget-friendly to more upscale, offering both meat and vegetarian dishes. A Starbucks is conveniently located right next to the lobby, so you can easily grab a coffee.

Element is always amazing. The staff is always kind and they speak English or at least try. The room service food was 10/10. Rooms are always quiet and clean. The view is good. The hotel is attached to a mall so food options are unlimited. Would book again.
