O serviço foi absolutamente fantástico! Normalmente não escrevo avaliações, mas tinha que compartilhar esta 😂. O proprietário me buscou pessoalmente na chegada e até me ajudou com a bagagem – que gentileza! A pousada fica no meio do caminho até o topo da Montanha do Leão, e eu achei que seria barulhenta, mas era completamente silenciosa. É muito conveniente para explorar a região a pé; a Rua Sifang e a rua dos bares ficam a apenas 4-5 minutos de caminhada, facilitando o acesso a qualquer lugar. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, a cama era incrivelmente confortável, o Wi-Fi era estável e o custo-benefício era excelente. A decoração em estilo japonês era super aconchegante. Se esfriasse à noite, eu avisava o proprietário, e ele ligava o aquecimento imediatamente. O proprietário nos convidou calorosamente para tomar chá e fazer as refeições, e todas as noites podíamos conversar e conhecer outros hóspedes na sala de chá – a atmosfera era maravilhosa, o que provavelmente é o verdadeiro significado de viajar. Gostaria de mencionar especialmente os ingressos que o proprietário me ajudou a reservar para o espetáculo da Cidade Antiga de Lijiang – um ótimo custo-benefício! Eles até reservaram ingressos VIP, mas o preço foi menor do que o dos ingressos VIP. Além disso, me indicaram com muita atenção o ponto de ônibus direto – que consideração! Na hora da minha partida, o proprietário até perguntou sobre o meu horário de saída e me ajudou pessoalmente a levar minha bagagem até o ponto de táxi. Ele até esperou o táxi chegar para colocar a bagagem no porta-malas antes de ir embora. Cada dia que passei lá foi maravilhoso; foi definitivamente uma estadia inesquecível! Espero que o negócio do proprietário prospere e que ele possa receber muitos outros hóspedes sortudos!

I booked this hotel for the view, hence we were disappointed that the view from our room was vastly different from what I had booked. The room itself was spacious and well- equipped. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The cafe at level 5 has a nice panoramic view. We enjoyed daily afternoon tea there. Service was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and ensured that our stay was comfortable. We had an early train to catch to Kunming with 2 young kids and 4 luggages. The hotel staff sent us at 6am and helped us with our luggages. Have to be careful of reviews as my experience has taught me that not all reviews are genuine.

É muito perto da cidade antiga. Você pode caminhar um pouco para fora. O quarto de lua de mel no B&B é bem grande. Fica no terceiro andar. Você também pode ir até o terraço no andar de cima para balançar e ver as montanhas ao longe. Quando fui lá, a chefe me ajudou a carregar minha bagagem. As suculentas deles estão crescendo bem e são roliças. Os B&Bs aqui plantaram muitas plantas. É confortável. A água do banho não pode ser ajustada. É um pouco quente. Não há ar condicionado, mas um ventilador. Mas não é quente à noite. No entanto, meu marido reclamou da casa naquele dia.

Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas adorei. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e uma das funcionárias falava inglês muito bem. Esqueci-me de algo e entraram em contato comigo para me avisar. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Teria ficado mais tempo, mas o hotel estava lotado.

The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The hosts are all very welcoming and helpful, every spot in the property is beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect, just a short walk away to Dukezong old town. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea already placed beautifully in our room. The room itself is very well-equipped, impeccably clean, it has everything you need, they even provided oxygen machine in the room to help with altitude sickness. This property checked all the boxes; service, location, amenities, cleanliness. The highlight from our stay was the 2 cute and friendly dogs and 1 little cat which always bring smile everytime we see them. All in all perfect! We will come back again for sure!

Hotel fabuloso. Quarto elegante com comodidades de alto padrão. Ótimo shampoo! É um pouco difícil de encontrar, mas conseguimos pegar um Didi na estação de trem de alta velocidade por 32 RMB. Há um elevador dentro da loja de roupas 99Y que leva ao 4º andar. Uma mulher em uma sala bem simples lhe entregará a chave. O hotel parece ter um nome diferente em inglês: Aina Hotel. De qualquer forma, não é tão fácil de encontrar para quem fala inglês. O quarto é espaçoso e aconchegante. Roupa de cama confortável. Área de estar muito bem decorada. Ventilador de teto e ar-condicionado. TV de tela plana grande. Adorei o conjunto de bule e xícara. O hotel oferece um chá e mel de cortesia. Não fomos incomodados por barulho, apesar de estar em uma área turística popular. Tudo fica perto também. Foi divertido visitar o parque ao longo do rio. Ficamos duas noites lá. Recomendo muito.

This review truly comes from the bottom of my heart; I just wanted to share my most genuine feelings. 😃😃 Haha, this stay at this hotel was absolutely the most satisfying one I've ever had. I've traveled to many places before and stayed in many expensive hotels, costing thousands or even hundreds of dollars, but none of them felt as comfortable as this one. First of all, the owners were incredibly down-to-earth and warm, making me feel right at home. They are genuine Yunnan locals, with a wonderfully genuine and simple nature. When we first checked in, they even brought us tea, so the service was excellent in every way. The room was also incredibly clean and tidy, and the fragrance was exactly what I wanted – a light floral scent reminiscent of spring grass, very refreshing. I felt completely cared for. The owners were kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a very retro feel, which reminded me of coming home as a child. It immediately made me feel safe and peaceful. The two nights before and after were the most restful nights I've slept in years. The soundproofing was also excellent, making it very quiet. Moreover, the room's facilities, such as the sofa, are very well-equipped and offer great value for money. Honestly, for a hotel costing only a few hundred yuan, the facilities are incredibly luxurious. I feel like the owner is truly wealthy; this is a guesthouse run purely out of passion, haha. I'm so happy! The breakfast is also very healthy, made with vegetables grown by the local farmers—clean, refreshing, safe, and healthy… The hygiene and other aspects are really well done.

Highly recommend for solo travellers – warm, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming! I had a wonderful stay at The Snow Realm · Petit Tusi ******* Boutique Lodge and would absolutely book there here again. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and well looked after. The owner is kind and gracious, and the aunties at the hotel are genuinely warm and welcoming. Service & extras: The free airport pick-up and drop-off included with the stay was a great service. Complimentary drinking water was provided daily, and the hearty Tibetan/Chinese breakfast each morning was a really lovely touch. The owner also helped me arrange a driver for day trips to Songzanlin Monastery, Napahai, and Balagezong Scenic Area—everything was seamless. Room & comfort: My visit was in late January with temperatures ranging between -8 to +6 degrees celsius. Coming from tropical FNQ Australia, I was worried about the cold—but the room was incredibly well equipped with heating, an oxygen machine, dehumidifier, and even a heated toilet seat. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in—so warm and cozy! Location: Great position on the edge of Dukezong Old Town, with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. Cleanliness & design: The room was spotless, modern, and hygienic, with beautiful ******* design touches that made the stay feel really special. I only wish my Mandarin was better, but we managed perfectly well using the Google Translate app. A truly warm, comfortable, and memorable stay—thank you again! I look forward to my next visit. A localização é maravilhosa. Os carros conseguem circular na rua em que o hotel está localizado, então não há necessidade de arrastar malas pelas ruas de paralelepípedos. O quarto é decorado no estilo *******, que adoramos, e o aquecedor de água funciona perfeitamente. A equipe também nos ajudou a descobrir como retirar nossos pacotes de medicamentos para tuberculose. O único ponto negativo é o barulho que vem das ruas à noite... fica bem ao lado de uma das principais ruas de Dukezong, o que torna muito difícil dormir à noite sem protetores auriculares, especialmente se você precisar manter as janelas abertas para ventilação. Por favor, use protetores auriculares para uma noite de sono tranquila.
