They offer a shuttle service to and from the station, which is super convenient. The hotel environment is lovely, and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a loft, and the upstairs area was huge and very comfortable for sleeping. The location is also excellent; you can find so many places to eat right outside, and most of the local specialties are nearby. The owner is also very warm and friendly. Plus, it's really close whether you're heading to Changbai Mountain or Yunding Tiangong.

The environment is great, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it super convenient! You can even watch the rime ice from your room every morning – it's truly beautiful and worth every penny! The owner arranged the entire itinerary perfectly for you, both reasonable and affordable!

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. Flora Hotel offers excellent amenities and is very well equipped. Everything was fully prepared and thoughtfully provided. The hotel offers disposable towels, paper cups for brushing teeth, a hair dryer, a mahjong table, and many other facilities — truly, whatever you need is available, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The property itself is very spacious, with a super large house layout that feels open and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, making it a great place to stay, especially for groups or families. The location is relatively near the city; however, food options nearby are limited. There is only a small restaurant beside the property, and apart from that, there aren’t many dining choices within walking distance. To reach the main food street, it is necessary to take a short car ride of about 5 minutes. Overall, Flora Hotel is a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place with excellent amenities. It’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort and space, especially if you don’t mind taking a short ride out for more food options 😊

I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

Very good and clean. Before going, the sisters turned on the air conditioner in advance. The electric mattress was turned on. It was very warm and felt at home. I would go there in the future

The room was super nice!! Very clean We stayed there for two days. The tableware and supplies were very complete. The living room and master bedroom were equipped with air conditioners There were karaoke and billiard mahjong. We brought two children (not playing with mobile phones but playing other things was not boring) There were iron pots and barbecue stoves. The table in the yard was also super big. We had three or four meals and the atmosphere was super good The boss lady was very enthusiastic and tried to provide everything she could. She also gave me a souvenir mobile phone chain (made by myself) In short! It's worth it. The whole family was busy, chattering, playing, singing and eating together (After this experience, I decided to change to a house with a yard)

I chose the cheapest place in a hotel close to where my daughter lives. The buildings and facilities are old, but when the toilet paper is likely to run out, you can get it out immediately from here, and the staff were very kind and friendly. Who likes new hotels and nice facilities? However, I just checked out with the kindness of the staff, but I wanted to stay again.

Clean. Basic facilities. The single room is indeed as shown in the ad picture, with a low sloping ceiling (be careful of your head). The heating in the room is good winter. The mattress is a little too thin though. The supermarket behind the hostel has a variety of fresh fruits. There are many eateries within walking distance. Most of the supposedly scenic spots (wetland/ park etc) are all covered with ice during my visit.

This place is a MUST VISIT, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The homestay is a lovely setup, the concept is very innovative. The appliances and room accessories are technologically advanced. They offer transportation too, upon our arrival we were picked up from the train station then smooth check in with very friendly staff. The homestay offers breakfast, they deliver it from 8-10. There's a cafe as well, standard food and drinks are served, the atmosphere is very calming. We enjoyed our weekend getaway so much. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and different way to spend a weekend or short holiday.
