We booked 2 villas, the 4 and 3-bedroom units. We had a great time at Beidahu, super friendly people that work there and very helpful. The on demand shuttle was great! Everything was done by the team, restaurant bookings, gear rental, ski pass bookings! We are extremely grateful towards them Highly recommend this villa if you’re coming for a ski / snowboard trip.

I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

Hotel provided a fantastic experience. The hotel's strengths are its cleanliness, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a delicious and impressive variety of hot and cold options to start the day. After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs. Highly recommend!

This time I came to Changbai Mountain to play, it was really wise to choose Qingstop Hotel! The single-family villa is very comfortable and the privacy is very good. The room was cleaned very cleanly and the details were taken care of very carefully. The most pleasant surprise is the minibar in the room, drinks and beer are all free, too real. Breakfast must be tried, the taste and taste are online, and the food is particularly satisfying. The staff are very kind and have questions to ask them to help. This is great! The hotel room is loft type with great views, rooms are clean and most importantly the ski trails and the view from top of mountain was the best! We had a trainer there and they have amazing services, from teaching us how to wear the ski equipment to how to ski. All of them were really friendly.
