Hotéis Pet Friendly em Heilongjiang, China

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Clean, spacious, good location, new. 2nd hand cigarette smell was relatively less compare to some of the other hotels I have stayed in China. Recommended

A special shoutout to Ari, who made everything related to our stay incredibly easy. He connected with us as soon as we booked our room and guided us seamlessly with transportation to Snow Town. Ari truly went above and beyond ensuring we didn’t miss any of the highlights around Snow Town and that we had an unforgettable stay at his hotel. The lunch and breakfast were delicious, the rooms were cosy, modern, and well-equipped, and the location was very central perfect for moving around at night. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

1. A localização é imbatível, bem em frente à Praça Leste da Estação Haixi. Todo o edifício é composto principalmente por hotéis, incluindo os maiores, como o Four Seasons e o Home Inn. Os outros são, em sua maioria, hotéis estilo apartamento, com a recepção em um dos andares superiores. 2. O edifício tem cinco elevadores, mas com tantos hotéis de tamanhos variados, cinco elevadores é claramente insuficiente. Certifique-se de reservar um horário para sua viagem de trem. 3. A entrada da Estação Oeste e a Estação Haixi da Linha 3 do Metrô são de fácil acesso. 4. O Distrito Comercial de Wanda parece não estar longe, então você pode escolher o local de sua preferência. 5. O dono do hotel possui um pequeno supermercado no edifício, o que é bastante conveniente. 6. O quarto era espaçoso, com geladeira, máquina de lavar e luzes. A limpeza era adequada. A janela tem vista para a plataforma do trem, então o nível de ruído era aceitável.

This might be the best hotel in Yabuli. I couldn't describe how welcomed we felt by owner Ms Jiang upon stepping into this hotel. The hospitality we received from the owner and crews were top notch! In conjunction with winter solstice, Ms Jiang even served us some of her homemade dumplings and a slice of tiramisu cake! This hotel was spotless clean, modern, Room was spacious, comfortable, and came with all the expensive branded appliances, Toto bidet, Dyson hair dryer, and even SMEG kettle?! 😍 Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and best hotel throughout my trip to China so far! Will definitely stay here again should there be a repeat visit to Yabuli. Thanks for the hospitality Ms Jiang ❤️

This hotel is clean, modern with spacious rooms. The hotel staff was quick to resolve any issues that we had and they also provided free airport transfer. The restaurant provided breakfast as well as in room service at a good rate.

Mantém consistentemente seu próprio estilo e bom gosto. Este luxuoso hotel cinco estrelas da Accor está situado em frente ao Parque do Rio Xiang. É absolutamente fantástico, e o serviço é muito eficiente. Voltarei com certeza.

This business trip, I stayed at a hotel whose facilities truly exceeded my expectations, perfectly meeting all my needs for efficient travel accommodation. The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful. The high-speed WiFi had full signal, making online meetings and file transfers smooth and seamless. The desk and chair were ergonomically designed, so I didn't feel tired even after long periods of sitting. Thoughtfully, there were also multiple USB charging ports and outlets nearby, so I never had to fight for a spot to charge my electronic devices. The mini-bar offered a rich variety of drinks and snacks, easily accessible after work. The smart toilet and thermostatic shower in the bathroom were exceptionally comfortable to use, and the vanity was stocked with a full set of high-quality toiletries. Even the hairdryer was powerful, saving time and effort when drying my hair. Beyond the guest room, the hotel's public areas were equally impressive. The 24-hour gym was fully equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and yoga mats – a quick half-hour workout after work instantly melted away fatigue. The self-service laundry room had everything: washing machines, dryers, and detergent, which is incredibly convenient for those on longer business trips. The business center was a lifesaver for business travelers, with printers, copiers, and scanners readily available, along with staff assistance, so I never panicked when urgent document processing was needed. Even more pleasantly, the hotel lobby also had a luggage storage area and a parcel reception service. This meant I didn't have to worry about my luggage even with an early check-out or late return. For a hotel so comprehensively equipped and user-friendly, I will definitely choose it again for my next business trip!
