Eu escolhi este hotel porque Trip.com anuncie um hotel de SPA, mas nós pedimos para o desk front, e ela disse que este hotel não TEM SPA. Finalmente, o gerente disse que o SPA e a sala de massagem não são instalações do Hotel e são propriedade de outros. Este hotel é novo, mas não inclui as escadas e outras que você não sabe porções.As portas de segurança estão sempre abertas e podem facilmente acessar do exterior.As fotos anexadas para SUA referência podem conhecer a situação real. As fotos do hotel são pinturas e não as fotos do hotel.O pequeno-almoço gratuito começa a partir de 7:00PM. O serviço de descolagem pede que você tome no relógio direito, tais como 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... Se você tiver um voo antes 10AM, então é impossível ter um pequeno-almoço.Este hotel não é recomendado para viajante internacional.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

We booked this place as it had two beds and we were heading to Chimelong the next day. It was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the cost was very inexpensive with a Trip discount. No deposit fee for the key. Close enough to the Zhuhai Train Station to walk but wouldn't want to do it on a hot day, good tree cover if you don't go on the main road. Maps didn't direct well to the location but it was on the main road. Entry is the third T1 door farthest from the river. Not all elevators went to 35, only front 2. We had a room on 33rd floor. Could see Macau Tower and the Grand Lisboa from the window (no idea why I didn't take a picture). And of course, you can see the train station. Plenty of pillows, one three memory form and some cushion pillows. Was also a sofa. Didi was inexpensive to Chimelong and easy pickup from outside.

The hotel is very well located next to the beach, which is convenient. The room itself is a bit dated for the price point. But was otherwise spacious and clean. The breakfast is nice with many different options. The hotel also offers free parking with charging options which is very convenient.

O quarto era limpo, espaçoso e decorado com bom gosto, proporcionando um espaço confortável para relaxar. A localização também era conveniente, com fácil acesso às atrações próximas e ao transporte público. No geral, recomendo muito este hotel para qualquer pessoa que esteja procurando uma estadia confortável e agradável.

Staff were polite and helpful. I got an upgrade of our room from a room without window to the one with city view. The location was convenient. The decorations of the hotel was classy. Staff helped us to call a car for sightseeing and to railway station when we left. However, the laundry service was not good. We paid 10 RMB for the dryer which needed two hours to dry my clothes. The washer was free of charge.

🌈 I used to always stay at Somerset, but this was my first time at Ascott, and the quality was definitely up to par. The room design was very well thought out, with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, adding a sense of spaciousness and comfort to my trip. The facilities were excellent – fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, everything you could need. The night view was also beautiful. 🌟 The location is super convenient, with two subway lines right downstairs. It's less than a 30-minute direct ride to Zumiao Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, and only about 40 minutes to Guangzhou South Railway Station. 🤝 The only minor drawback is that children's breakfast costs extra and cannot be redeemed with Trip.com points. I hope this can be improved.

Caretaker was nice lady, property was good, not as new as looks in pictures, location and view from the apartment is good, but for second day cleaning have to request the lady, did not refill the coffee packs. digital lock was little tricky and bathroom door stuck many times, it should be repaired, blankets were too much heavy not good for summer season, rest all nice and comfortable stay, value for money. all the bedding were very much clean.
