Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

It was my first time in this city. The hotel is new and the service is good. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the lake, with many restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. It was a great experience.

My mother in law stayed here for a night and said everything was fine. No complaints. Easy to find, clean.

Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing. Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service.

The hotel is nice, facing the harbor, with great views! Kingston is a small town near Toronto, Canada. It is surrounded by Queen's University, the famous Kingston Prison, and the boat tour of Thousand Islands Lake. The ecology is very good. We also saw snakes in the boat harbor🐍

The hotel is clean, but the room is dark. The staff are not very friendly. There are few choices for breakfast. There is not enough hot water in the lobby. It is very convenient to be near the farmer's market.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, and it is very convenient to go to the city. People might not be understanding why the hotel would limited the capacity to use their pool. Yes what I am trying to say? Before you head to the pool. You have to go to the front desk to get the access card enter the pool. Actually, I liked their idea. Not gonna crowded. So you can enjoy the time at pool. This is a first time I stayed in this hotel. Over all my friend and I are satisfied. Their service and hospitality are professional and good. Whoever is reading my comment. We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!
