The hotel was very new and clean! We stayed for two nights and I have no complaints! The staff were very nice and the location is easy to get to!

It was my first time in this city. The hotel is new and the service is good. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the lake, with many restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. It was a great experience.

I chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied! Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing. Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service.

I’m not one to usually choose a BW, and this one rises above all including some of the Other brands of hotels out there! Clean and well run. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. I’d stay again.

The hotel room is old anf has smell. A 2-star hotel acceptable clean but not really clean. The room has awful smell and very old. There are couple of flies flying around when we checked in. The bathroom does not have ventilator at all so all the smell just stay inside your room. There is no fly screen at the balcony/patio door so cannot open it for air circulating as afraid mosquitos and flies would enter the room. Not central air system. Just 1 unti AC so pretty noisy.

A/C era Alto, mas os nossos filhos podiam dormir, então não era grande questão.Em geral, um alojamento amigável e simples, nós estavamos felizes com a nossa estadia.

Good hotel and fairly priced for this small City of North Bay, ON.  Price is competitive.  I would like to make mention of an outstanding employee named Ami, who, went out of her way to really ensure that all were very happy with a beautiful breakfast.  Best breakfast Staff considering she was alone while it was quite busy.  Very Professional staff. It was my second visit and I was not disappointed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or requests.

Not only does it have a pool and hot tub, but it also has a steam room. I must stay. Friendly staff and the restaurant food was delicious
