I stayed in a very spacious room—true to its description, it’s an apartment setup, so you can cook if you’d like (I didn’t bother; the city’s food scene is way too tempting!). The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything about my stay was just amazing. The area around the hotel is wonderfully quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. One thing to note: it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, but I actually enjoyed it—perfect for stretching my legs and soaking in the sights. If you love exploring on foot like I do, it’s a bonus!

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

The hotels we booked on this business trip are really great! The room was large and clean. It was about a quarter of an hour's walk from Nantes train station. It was very convenient to walk around with not much luggage. The location should be in the city center. There are several designer brand jewelry stores in the nearby shopping mall. PRIEUR's jewelry is expensive and beautiful, so cool. I have to recommend the breakfast. I originally thought the breakfast was just average and wanted to eat out; but it was too early in the morning and the restaurants outside were closed, so I had breakfast at the hotel. It’s really great! I just saw a ”three-color tree” outside the room window, let me show it to you too👀

Мой любимый отель в Нанте. Находится в двух минутах ходьбы от ЖД Станции и в минуте ходьбы от красивейшего ботанического сада. Персонал приветлив, отель чистый, новый и приятный. Рекомендую

Great opportunity to stay in Nantes, room have enough space, clean and modern, also if you are interested in garage for bicycle they give such opportunities, it’s safe and great

What to say… An amazing location with great service and beautiful bedrooms. First, the castle in itself is just amazing, with its building architecture and its interior design with art collections… gorgeous. Our bedroom was the Île Sacrée Miyajima bleu and gold symphony… with outside balcony and intimate deco… superb… Second, the service, everyone was perfect, smiling, helpful and courteous. One note: no one proposed to take our suitcases from the car, which I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel… Third, the cuisine at the restaurant was actually not my favorite cup of tea. But it is obviously a very updated one, and both service and quality of ingredients were great. The breakfast and its buffet was very high quality. Price wise, obviously not a cheap location, but expected for the 5 stars ranking and the beauty of our stay. After a flight of 13h + a train of 3h , it was a sophisticated and resting break where we will come back.

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Le Mans, France. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days. The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area. However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.

Extremely nice and No brainer for business travelers. It’s just next to the airport (need to walk past a big carpark though, so might be a little bit tough with big luggages). The breakfast area is very small but all quality is nice. Eggs, water, milk, even jam they use the best quality ones. The service provided by the old man in charge of the breakfast area is also crazily good.

A lot of positive points. First, the greetings, the kindness, the availability and the advice from my host. The simplicity for the transportation with Jalla ( Again, a big thanks to him for bringing me everywhere! ). Also, the beauty of the spot, really calm, spacious, and a quality bedding. The three-filled garden. The pool is really appreciated. Finally, the greatest quality of the food. Some delicious dishes and really copious. A superb marrocan cook culture with a lot of different dishes cooked with heart, and trust me you can feel it. I really recommend this guest house and I will probably come back again as soon as possible!

A first class worthy of a first class, no more no less. No service at the hotel, everything is at the campanile opposite. The welcome provided by a young seasonal worker was perfect, as soon as the boss took over, it was without a smile and not very pleasant, it seems that she does not like people who book through trip.com. Usually, finally, each time, sleeping in first class gives you a discount for dinner at the campanile. Here nothing.
