Hotel super satisfatório, sem nada a reclamar! A localização é fantástica, com acesso direto a partir da passagem subterrânea e a Torre do Sino mesmo em frente. A área circundante é muito animada. A entrada é pequena, pois é um edifício classificado como património. Quer seja a escadaria (com elevador), os corredores ou os quartos, tudo é muito elegante e bonito. O preço na época baixa é excelente, uma verdadeira pechincha. A receção tem uma empresa de turismo parceira que oferece um serviço de transporte para o aeroporto em carrinha por apenas 30 yuans, o que é muito conveniente. Da próxima vez que vier a Xi'an, definitivamente quero ficar aqui novamente.

Durante minha viagem de negócios a Xi'an, me deparei com este elegante hotel, que acabou sendo uma grata surpresa. A localização era excelente e, após a estadia, achei-o bastante prático. Fica a cinco minutos a pé da estação de metrô, o que facilita muito os passeios turísticos. Depois de visitar a Torre do Sino à noite, caminhando de volta pelos becos próximos ao hotel, pude sentir o aroma da comida vindo dos prédios residenciais – muito mais reconfortante do que ficar em uma área comercial. O quarto estava incrivelmente limpo; até os cantos e frestas onde a poeira se acumula facilmente estavam meticulosamente limpos. A roupa de cama era macia e desbotada pela lavagem, não o tecido rígido e novo, e muito confortável. O ar-condicionado era potente; os verões em Xi'an são incrivelmente quentes, e poder entrar em um quarto fresco ao retornar foi essencial. O banheiro tinha chuveiro e vaso sanitário separados, o que me deixou revigorada após o banho. O espelho da penteadeira estava impecável, facilitando a aplicação da maquiagem. O serviço foi impecável. Ao fazer o check-in, a recepção nos ofereceu até uma limonada de pepino e suco de ameixa, além de nos apresentar algumas das instalações do hotel. No geral, foi uma ótima relação custo-benefício e uma estadia tranquila. Com certeza, consideraria me hospedar lá novamente na próxima vez que estiver em Xi'an! [emoji de pulo]

We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

Nossa família de cinco pessoas visitou Xi'an pela primeira vez e procurou hotéis no Ctrip. Como já ficamos em muitos Novotel em diferentes lugares, escolhemos este Novotel da Bell Tower. A nossa estadia superou completamente as expectativas! A localização é excelente, fica numa área comercial movimentada e tem uma estação de metrô bem na porta, o que facilita ir para qualquer lugar. O quarto, o ambiente e o serviço do hotel foram tão bons quanto esperávamos. Uma moça muito simpática na recepção (não sei o nome dela) nos atendeu muito bem, foi ótimo! Ah, e o café da manhã é farto, com opções chinesas e ocidentais, o que é muito importante para mim. O café moído na hora é excelente 👍

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

É um hotel recém-inaugurado, mas não tem cheiro de novo. O Oliver, muito atencioso, ligou um dia antes do check-in para perguntar sobre meus planos de viagem para o dia e estava sempre disposto a ajudar! O quarto é bem iluminado e aconchegante. As instalações do hotel são completas, e o café da manhã oferece uma grande variedade de opções, tanto ocidentais quanto orientais! A academia tem muitos equipamentos, incluindo máquinas para supino e puxada, além de rack e halteres. Há também máquinas de lavar e secar, e é possível ver a disponibilidade das máquinas de lavar na TV do quarto em tempo real, o que é muito prático e evita viagens desnecessárias!

A localização é excelente, perto do metrô e de vários pontos interessantes, o que facilitou bastante meus passeios. O atendimento foi impecável: equipe atenciosa, sempre disposta a ajudar, mesmo com a barreira do idioma. As comodidades também são muito boas, especialmente para quem viaja sozinho e quer praticidade. Ótima relação custo-benefício — voltaria sem dúvidas!

The landing was already two o'clock in the morning, dragging two large pieces of luggage and tired and sleepy, dialing the hotel front desk to explain the flight information, the staff communication was particularly patient, accurately informed the pick-up waiting point, and arrived on time within ten minutes of the shuttle bus. The driver master was particularly enthusiastic, took the initiative to get off the bus to help carry the heavy suitcase, help to place the luggage throughout the whole process, and carefully reminded the next day's drop-off process on the road. The drive was only a few minutes to the hotel, and there was no need to wait for a long time in the cold air at the airport. The check-in speed was very fast, the front desk staff was gentle, and the drop-off time was carefully registered. They took the initiative to ask me about the flight the next day and reminded how long to go downstairs to take the bus in advance. The interior of the room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and dry, the sound insulation effect was very good, the traffic on the road and the noise of the airport plane were completely heard, the hot water was stable and sufficient, the toiletries were fully equipped, and I could sleep peacefully after a day of running. The next morning, the early flight, ten minutes in advance, there is a special car waiting, on time to the departure port of the airport passenger terminal, save the trouble of taking a taxi, calculate the toll, free pick-up service without any invisible consumption, the whole process is intimate and reliable. There are many snack shops around the hotel. You can buy a light meal when you are hungry in the middle of the night. The overall price/performance ratio is full. It is suitable for tourists who transit and red-eye flights overnight. Next time you come to Xi'an, you must choose here. I really recommend it to all friends who need airport accommodation.

Uma experiência de estadia muito boa, o estilo de design do hotel é muito único, todas as instalações estão completas e a sala é muito limpa. O que é mais incrível é a piscina infinita e a academia, perfeitas para viagens e exercícios físicos. Devo mencionar o excelente serviço do hotel e também conheci a Grace, a pessoa de relações com os hóspedes. Foi uma experiência de viagem perfeita!
