Hotéis com Wifi em Taranaki, New Zealand

Excellent building setup. We took more than 10 minutes to cover all the areas namely reception, restaurant, garden & relaxation and easy section. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only minus was going to our room on the first floor using the stairs only. The front desk was however willing to call for help. Thanks.

Highly recommend this hotel. The location, room, people, food, parking are good.

The place was very tidy and very conducive. As per the service and hospitality of the staff it was awesome. Will visit again in the future.🫶

Quiet place in the winter months.

Fab stay , great service the only downside was my room cards were faulty. 👍🏾

Carpark spaces also limited, but manage to get parking slot most of the time. Very near to the coast and on higher floors, definitely can see the sea view also. It’s nearby to many dining options from cafe to restaurants and also a mini supermarket. All of these shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The boss Brett is enthusiastic, the car and backpack hotel facilities are old, but still relatively clean, the kitchen bathroom living room is clean, the garden lawn is beautifully manicured, the old-fashioned English style, the photo is attached for reference.

Well ..Firstly..AS SOON AS I GOT INTO THE APARTMENT...IT WAS LIKE...””IM INSIDE AN OVEN ”..OR IN A 😓 desert !! I went all around the apartment looking for aircon....but... Trust me....NONE... SO I am actually going through menopause...and I WAS VERY 😡 upset ..I knew this very moment....””I WONT SLEEP IN THIS HEAT TONIGHT ..hot flush n then the apartment was really really 🔥 HOT...THE temp yesterday was as high as 30°c...I have pictures as evidence ..on the Facebook community page about the temp last night or yesterday.. I KEPT ON Taking short cold showers in order to get ”:some'”” Sleep.. But yes ..It was a long frustrating night for me.. Secondly..at 11.00pm..to 1135pm.WE HAD NO WIFI... I HAD TO EMAIL .TRIP.COM.. SO AFTER 25MINS ...THE WIFI WAS TURNED BACK ON... THIRDLY...fleas in ALL BEDDINGS... WE TOOK OFF THE BEDDNGS ..N SLEPT ON THE FLOOR.. Because on the bed..the fleas were biting n I brought sheets from home .. which I always do whenever I go to any hotel .. N used it to spread it ontop just to lay down on it... Well apart from all these ..everything else was fine ... But yes ..I would NEVER BOOK ACCOMODATION without aircon ...I cannot imagine ..how is it possible 🤔 esp in an area such as taranaki ...with so much heat ...n NO AIRCON...WELL THATS ALL .. U can see the photos...it's telling u..the temperature. I'm.. NOT the only one ..who felt the heat ... It's NOT JUST ABOUT MY MENOPAUSE... THE TEMP DURING SUMMER IS UNTOLERABLE for EVERYONE!@

The staff members were so nice and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. Share toilets and share kitchen were just nearby our room and they were clean as well. Would definitely come back and recommend this place :)

No dia do check-in, encontramos cabelos e marcas de tinta (mud?) na cama coberta em ambas as camas, mas depois de mostrarem as fotos ao recepcionista, eles tomaram-na com seriedade e reagiram rapidamente. Eles nos forneceram o pequeno-almoço de congratulação para dois, Como UMA compensação de cortesia.Com a sua atitude positiva e as suas respostas e reações eficazes, ficámos felizes por pensar que era apenas um acidente. Deve haver alguma corrida de carros EM Nova Plymouth no dia Da nossa estadia de segunda-dia, quando acordámos cedo Da manhã, antes das 7h, por muitos ruídos que vieram do corredor de motores de carros tão próximos de nós. Quando abrimos as cortinas para ver o que estava acontecendo, vimos chocadamente muitos carros de corrida ali à frente do principal entrante do hotel, obter algum tipo de registo ou algo como você Pode ver, havia UMA mesa e alguns funcionários lá por isso, os carros de corrida continuavam a vir cada vez mais, e os ruídos irritantes foram constantemente ouvidos do motor e das conversas das pessoas até às 7:30h. Sinceramente, não nos sentimos satisfeitos com isso! Os visitantes que vêm para ficar no hotel esperam ter um BOM descanso, não esperam acordar cedo de manhã desta forma. Se organizarem este tipo de evento, deveriam ter informado todos os outros convidados desse facto antes de terem sido feitas as reservas para garantir que estão preparados ou dispostos a aceitá-lo. Portanto, com esta coisa acontecendo naquela manhã, não tenho a certeza se quero voltar a este lugar ou não.Desculpe dizer isso, mas não me senti bem depois de acordar tão cedo com constantes ruídos e não senti qualquer respeito na situação. Espero que haja algumas melhorias.
